Love the place a lot.. Near to beach and pool

Convenient location - close to food places, near sea. Easy parking. Quick-response and helpful apartment operator (thank you Ben!).

Apartment without any live tv channels, not even basic local ones! Netflix and YouTube available on TV but we already have our own so this is not useful.

Really love the house internal design! Easy checked-in, clean & spacious. The host also very nice, helpful & friendly.

Location for chilling and relaxing is good. Food for lunch and dinner is really easy and convenient, less than 10 mins walk across the street and if you want, also along the beach to a Malay stall. Service staff are very polite and helpful, and security helped us get a taxi to the airport (we tried unsuccessfully by Grab for 30 mins). Facilities and towels and sheets were all clean, which was wonderful after a long flight from Germany like ours.

It was occasionally noisy (?) like we could hear people walking up and down the corridor or the neighbours (?). But otherwise it was very quiet and private, so I have no idea who made all that noise. At one point, the security was doing some sound check with the loudspeaker, which was a little offputting. The laundry detergent is out, but small matter, since I'm not sure if that's part of the facilities. Also, breakfast before 10am was difficult to find. The stalls only start at 10pm.

Of course Ben, the Host..other than that, the location is closed to the beach.. Feel very homey.

The unit was clean & comfortable. Ben was great, humble & really responsive to our needs & question. Really appreciate when I call him late at night to inform there some problem, he respond was fast & by mrng at 8am he oredy turn up to resolve the problem. Definitely will be coming back & stay here again.

Everything about the place is just divine, the cooking facility provided is beyond what other used to provide, and there is even a dryer and washing machine. The view is okay, the surrounding area is full with shoplots so you dont have to fear if youre ever out of anything. Ben, the helper is super friendly and is ready to help you sort out anything.

I was staying at another hotel near by, and the owner passed the key to me personally. The pool was great. The view from the apartment was nice. The apartment unit was clean and comfy.

There was no shower rack, couldn't place my soap during shower.

Great location!...all are at walking distance. Unit is really big for a family trip, with fully equiped kitchen, most covenient was the washer n dryer.

Need to hire proper cleaning services b4 rent out to tenant.

Room appt are clean & have various facility.

Visitor have to pay for the parking. Muslim ladies have to take of their aurat so they should be allowed to wear long sleeve t shirt & track pant at the swimming pool.
