Der var ikke SPA på hotel. Der annonceres på Radissons hjemmeside, at der er SPA, men det er der ikke. Der er privar firma ved siden af Radisson, hvor du kan betale for SPA.

Everything was really good, spacious room, flatscreen tv, tasty breakfast, location. Although we got twin bed instead of double which was requested, but we asked to join the beds, and receptionist imediatelly called a colleague and fixed this issue for us.
It was a new years eve, and we were unlucky to have neighbours who was listening to the music really loud all night so it was really hard to sleep. We were thinking about calling the reception but decided not to, and I believe we did a good thing because when I told this while checking out, receptionist told me we should have called so they could change our room.
I wouldn't be happy to change my room at 3am in my pjs being 26 weeks pregnant and with our stuff all over the room.
So it was weird for me - because they wouldn't do anything about people who was breaking the rules. Or maybe there is no rule? It definitely sounded like a party.

Could have been cleaner - had multiple hairs in the bed and bathroom, also small blue toothpaste stains on the walls of the bathroom, bathtub water seemed yellow when i first added water (seemed to be bath salt remains?)

The location is perfect, breakfast choices are good.
The A/C sound can’t be turned off, only by opening the window. Breakfast room was super busy and staff couldn’t get along cleaning the tables. Rooms are small, water bottles not filled, took towels but didn’t bring new ones, and finally the toilet was horribly dirty.

Prakticky se vším byl nějaký problém. Nejvíce za platbu za parkování, musel jsem chodit sem tam od závory k recepci aby se závora otevřela.

I am visiting Lithuania for surgery and the staff were not helpful when I asked if someone could help with my large suitcase. Staff were not friendly.

Bed sheets where old and not nice anymore, rooms could be bigger. Why not to start again with full minibar? As empty fridge (just water).

Not a good welcome. I showed my booking number and my ID but they couldn’t find my reservation for a long time. I couldn’t open my room - the key didn’t work. I had to come back to them to fix the card. They didn’t tell anything about the hotel so I needed to come back to ask about the breakfast hours. Receptionist stayed in the restaurant with loud friends right after that “welcome” and looked at me while I was trying to eat my dinner. Not professional.

I booked a single room and it came with a super comfortable king size bed, which I liked very much! The room itself wasn't very big, but I spent most of the time in the bed anyway, and had the best sleep in a while. Great blackout curtains! The location was convenient at the end of the long pedestrian street with lots of cafes and restaurants nearby. Breakfast was good with some fun options (waffle maker).
The temperature in my room was very cold. The front desk staff told me to put the settings on full speed and 25 degrees and then it got slightly warmer. I spent most of the time under the cozy blankets anyway. During my stay, the hotel was undergoing some renovations. I believe breakfast was not served in the normal room and fitness/sauna was unfortunately closed.
