Extractor fan in bathroom didn't work, so got very steamy after showers.

it was convenient for us as we were travelling on the Cherbourg the next morning . the staff were excellent pleasant and helpful .

Well to begin with the address we had from Booking .com was not the address of the hotel and we drive around for half an hour with our GPS and Google maps trying to find a hotel at the address on our booking and could not find it , we were really annoyed . Twas only when we send the hotel and we were given the proper address that we hit there .

Breakfast was inedible - coffee was ok

It was like staying on a building site, no heating and the room stank of cigarettes. Bathroom was clean and nice. Elec sockets didn’t work. Very

Location, friendliness of staff. Restaurant wasn't open in the evening but we managed to order a meal via UberEats. Breakfast was very good.

Breakfast was plentiful but a little overpriced. Location was convenient on edge of city.

Restaurant not open at weekends. Street address needs updating as entrance altered.

Hotel was very easy to access, just off the ring road. Clean and comfortable but it was the staff that I shall remember. We are an elderly couple who had had a long road journey and were very tired. Whilst my partner had a drink, Valentin made me two welcome cups of coffee from the closed restaurant. We were disappointed to find the restaurant closed but Valentin prepared an evening meal of minced beef and potato pies with a salad garnish and a warm roll. This was all done with a smile and meant we did not have to go and search for a restaurant. The breakfast was good and the lady on duty for breakfast and when we checked out could also not have been more helpful. Great staff.

Comfortable room, clean and fresh. Nice staff.

The bed seemed to have a latex topper or something which made it very hot (we have stayed in other rooms and not had this issue before). In addition our room was beside an entrance and at 7:50 on a Saturday morning a number of people gathered laughing and chatting. We wanted a lie-in. It could have been the breakfast staff or guests, don't know. We have also not had this issue before.

The room was good, shower room too. Dinner was exceptional but breakfast could be a little more varied.

The duvets, although not thick, were really heavy which made sleeping difficult.

Friendly, helpful staff. Comfortable, quiet, clean room. Lovely green setting near the Motorway. Good food served beautifully! all that and a swimming pool!

Comfortable quiet room, very clean. We were informed of our options for dinner and breakfast on arrival due to the lockdown which was most helpful so we were able to enjoy a hot meal and excellent breakfast.

I have no negative comments regarding the hotel, it was as we expected, excellent value fore money and ideally situated for our onward journey also easy to find.

Squashed, shabby and a little on the grubby side, however the staff were polite and friendly and compliant with COVID regulations.
