חדר גדול, מרווח ונקי, ארוחת בוקר עשירה ומספקת לגמרי, חוף פרטי מהמם והצוות מקסים ונותן מענה לכל בקשה.

לרגעים המים במקלחת הופכים לקרים, החדרים שנמצאים בגארדן רחוקים מהבריכה/חוף בערך 3-4 דק’ בהליכה אבל יש טוקטוק במידת הצורך.

Great staffed nice rooms. I needed to move my room because there was an issue with the birth. They came immediately and help me relocate. The street separates the lobby from the rooms, but they have a crossing guard that is there most of the day and the evening, and that is awesome. The breakfast is the best I have had of any hotel. Such an array of different foods, and everything was delicious!

Foarte bine poziționată, foarte aproape de Central Samui, restaurante, la 6 km de Fisher Vilege! Resortul are iesire direct la plaja, cu plaja privata si o piscina frumoasa, Mic dejun foarte bun si extrem de variat! Camera mare, cu paturi foarte confortabile, baia generoasa si curatenie impecabila! Am avut cam 2207 cu vedere la ocean, superba!

We stayed at the Thai Village section. The area was absolutely stunning, with a pool right in front of our room/hut. The lush greenery all around, with a tree right in front of our balcony, which cast shade and gave us more privacy. Even though it was minutes away from the busy Chaweng nightlife, the area was very quiet at night, and the insulation is great (especially compared to many other hotels all around Thailand). The bed was big and extremely comfortable. The staff was very helpful, and allowed for later checkout with no extra cost. The breakfast selection was outstanding, with so many different cuisines (Western, egg station, Indian, Thai) we were spoilt for choice. As it was our honeymoon, we were welcomed with a delicious chocolate cake. We will definitely be coming back, thank you for a wonderful stay!

Good experience and Chef at Prego was excellent and very warm towards guest.

Frankly property is divided in two portion .

Close to the airport and right on the beach. Good breakfast and staff very nice.

Bathroom door fittings are old and need repair. I got locked in the bathroom as the handle loosened from inside

Everything was Good. but for the vegetarian Guest , there are not much choice. even for Breakfast Indian Items were Ok. repeated Items during 3 day stay. looks like that have reheated the items and served.

Introduce vegetarian Thai Food. I was there to enjoy Thai food also. Being Vegetarian , I would like to enjoy Thai food also

Beachfront location. Relaxed pool area with good food and drink service. Excellent breakfast.

Pool was shallow and not big enough to swim properly in. No activities for guests eg film night or classes eg yoga on the beach. Very quiet at night.

breakfast was fantastic with variety of different foods and taste. there were two pool at the property easy access for everybody. beach was just in front of the hotel although to take the advantage of swimming you need to walk a bit further to access enough depth for pleasant swim. staffs were always smiling and provided any services we requested.

the only item was in check out date since it was not the time of check out and we were warping up our suitcases, new guest opened the door and entered to the room.

The staff were very attentive and the pools and beach were fantastic

The two bedrooms suite with pool view, no balcony! Bad location, no privacy, Bed smell!!! That they couldnt solve that ruind our vication (we got compensation and moved to other room just for the last night), the hotel is old, the stuff was nice

Can't swim at the beach in front of the resort, have to walk. The pool is small for the amount of guests. Garden wing rooms don't even feel like the same resort, feels like you're staying in a worse resort

The hotel is right beside the airport and very loud all day. It is also very close to a loud and rowdy area and definitely not suitable for families with children

not much to like. probably some of the staff. hotel manager Mr. Wee managed to give us a room more adequate that the original one assigned.

outdated in general, needs serious refurbishing. also the fact that in spite of asking the first time if their onyx rewards program that they claim will give a 20% discount on f&b and spa was not applied at all. total 4,000 baht that they took away from me. they later claimed that it was only for direct bookings but then they send me 6 emails for me to join the rewards program…. there is no mention of that in the app. they also offered a free seafood dinner on our last night. unfortunately and embarrassing for them, there was no one art the restaurant (u mean staff also), there was no reservation and there was no meal. ended up having to go somewhere else, still waiting for apology/compensation.
