Great central location but away from the busy street. Very clean, well maintained gardens, beautiful pool areas, prompt room service and wonderful friendly staff.

Beds were a little hard for us and the shower head set up was adequate but wasn't the best.

Lage zum Strand

Wir haben erst ein Zimmer bekommen welches den Bildern auf der Webseite nicht entsprach. Zudem war es sehr dreckig, im Badezimmer vieles verschimmelt und rostig.. Wir haben zum Glück noch in ein anderes Zimmer wechseln können, welches dann so aus sah wie auf den Bildern und etwas sauberer war. Dennoch waren wir froh nur eine Nacht in diesem Hotel gebucht zu haben, weil man aufgrund der Lautstärke und der Helligkeit im Zimmer kaum schlafen konnte. Das Frühstück, welches für 12,50 € pro Person für balinesische Verhältnisse schon teuer ist war eine Frechheit, kaum Auswahl und nicht verzehrbar. Definitiv nicht zu empfehlen!

Abbiamo prenotato una camera deluxe matrimoniale, dalle foto si presentava moderno e con doccia walk in, purtroppo ci hanno dato una camera sporca, con il calcare sui rubinetti e una vasca da bagno arrugginita (vedi foto), siamo andati a lamentarci e ci hanno dato un'altra camera che era leggermente più grande ma sempre con la vasca da bagno con segni di ruggine, pavimentazione sporca e comunque era lontana dalle foto della prenotazione. Purtroppo la pulizia era scadente.

Great location of the hotel. Near the beach and walkable. It’s a bit on the inside from the main beach road but not a big issue. Staff are excellent and super helpful. Thanks for the cake too. Staff property is very good and beautiful.

The bathroom tap had salt water. The shower in the bathroom was not working well. We were also given two rooms of different sizes even though paid the same amount. Breakfast spread was good but not fantastic especially for vegetarians. But had a decent selection. Could be more fruits.

Villa très confortable et bien équipée. Très bien situé à Kuta beach. Personnels accueillants et très serviables. Un sans faute du début à la fin.

Circulation très difficile dans le quartier car c'est un secteur très fréquenté en période estivale.

I loved the pool and how the resort was situated further off the main Kuta road. I loved all the options for breakfast as well and the optional room service. It was easy to check in and a good spot to get picked up via taxi.

Only issue was some of the gym equipment didn’t seem to work when I tried it such as the treadmill. And my telephone didn’t work in my room but I was able to use my friends in the next room so that wasn’t a big deal. Also, it would be nice if the pool times went on till later in the evening.

For such a large property it was very quiet, which for its central location was exactly what I wanted as a solo traveller
