Sehr gute ruhige Lage. Man geht ca. 20 min zu Fuß zum Zentrum. Sehr schönes, altes, renoviertes Hotel.

Die Möglichkeit zum Frühstück wurde kurzfristig abgesagt, kein Personal gesehen, somit keine Möglichkeit für Nachfragen.

So cosy. Lovely breakfast. Very easy going. Great quiet location but easy to wander into the city.

A bit strange that the kitchen is in the bedroom but no problem.

Friendly efficient staff, good value for money

I like the size of the apartment, friendly staff and it was close to my University building MSM. All what you need in the kitchen stuff is there. Wifi is good and fast. The most interesting part is the terrace.

The apartment style is old fashioned. The heater in the bedroom was not working properly. But the rest of the apartment was ok. The stairs are too small.

It's a nice building. The staff was super nice, and the breakfast was excelent. By the way, super pretty rooms.

Bathroom/toilet in the room without doors and without separation that gives you privacy. I think this is pretty bad.

The owners were so helpful and kind. They are so enthusiastic and go to great lengths to ensure everyone is happy. We only had the continental breakfast once in our 3 days and it was excellent and fresh. It hit -6 oC one evening as we were walking back, but our room was lovely, warm and cosy. The building has great character and a welcoming aura around the place. The dining room was full of visitors from around Europe and the atmosphere was wonderful. The walk to the main areas and river was about 10 to 15 minutes away and I'd love to stay here again in the summer as it was freezing walking around. I would definitely recommend staying here for your trip to Maastricht. We also had a drive to Aachen in Germany during our stay and that town was thriving and full of magnificent architecture. Well worth a trip if you are staying a few days.

Parking was 6.50 Euros outside and we were very lucky as there was only 1 space available. The spiral steps were steep, but not that much of a problem.
