Housekeeping service can be better

This hotel was absolutely great. Such a warm feeling and great welcome from the staff from the moment we arrived . It was an absolute pleasure for the 4 of us.

La habitación era muy espaciosa. Pudimos alojarnos toda la familia en una misma habitación. El desayuno era variado. El personal era muy amable. La ubicación era excelente, ya que estaba al lado de dos estaciones de metro.

La habitación era algo antigua y el baño tenía bañera. Me parece más cómodo que hubiera tenido plato de ducha. Por la noche se oían las cañerías.

Great location. Subway just across the road. Paddington station 600m away. Marcs&Spencer just next to the hotel in case you need to buy something. Lots of small restaurants and opportunities to eat in the area. Good and helpful cleaning staff-very polite.

Equipment, bathroom and hotel furniture in the room a bit used BUT clean. What we did not like really was that it was now possible to open the window in the room and use only air conditioning. Staff at the reception polite und a bit cold-I’m used to a bit warmer communication-expected more from Hilton.

Room is spacious, and the bed and pillows were really comfortable. I usually have a lot of trouble sleeping well in hotels due to the change in environment, but I slept so well in the Hilton, to the point I did not suffer from jet lag at all -- it was a pleasant surprise! I love the convenient location next to Paddington station, and with convenience stores and an M&S right at our doorstep. The breakfast buffet was decent too.

Miscommunication during the check in - while I asked for the breakfast buffet to be included, somehow it was not, and I had to go back again the next day to get it sorted. The service during the breakfast was also not great - our table would get cleared of food when we stepped away to get a drink, though we had not finished. And the coffee machines at the restaurant kept breaking down.

Really every thing was excellent I really like this hotel specially and I determined to stay here permanently if I ever come to London.

If I see or feel any thing is not good I will write put I stay 2 nights was very comfortable

Excellent location on the lively Edgware Road A brisk walk or short bus ride to Oxford Street The concierge staff was very helpful

Room for as right across the elevator so got a bit noisy in the mornings

فندق عريق مثل الهلتون لايقدم أدوات شخصيه مثل فرشاة الاسنان أدوات تنظيف شخصيه وفي كل مره يزيد سعر الفندق بشكل مبالغ فيه ولكنه يظل أفضل الفنادق بالنسبه لي في لندن

اعجبني النظافة وخدمة تنظيف الغرف والهدوء وسهولة تسجيل الدخول والخروج

الفندق اخر شارع ادجوار رود لكنه قريب من محطة القطار والغرفة صغيرة

The location was convenient to the speed train to and from the airport and within walking distance to parks and sites we wanted to see in the city. The food was delicious too!

The room was a bit small for family of 5

Bathroom is bit small

Having stayed at this hotel since so many years its become for us a sort of home away from home.our family is so used to its rooms and ambience and location that they feel very comfortable now and prefer this hotel to any other.

The prices have shot up drastically this time probably due to start of the summer vacation season.

Smart, clean, nice ambiance, Restaurant and bar area, my upgraded room

There was nothing i didn’t like

I don’t know if I liked something. I did not find any outstanding thing to like something. Maybe, the sight from the 12 floor was interesting.

The swimming pool was removed. Some facilities in the bathroom was not working properly (sink clogged, linking faucet) The second day, the room was not cleaned automatically. For a hotel with 4*, this is not acceptable. In fact, we did not realised the hotel is far with 45mn at least from Natural Museum, Buckingham Palace, etc… The transport means are so bad, such as bus or taxis; due to a lot of congestion, the buses did not come at time at all. We lost a lot of time and the children were too exhausted to walk.
