Great location, beds nice but a bit soft. Room very clean and neat, upgraded to ocean view which was nice. Bath/shower combo a bit of a high step.

bed was really soft, room was clean but i did ask for a higher floor and wouldve loved to be on a higher floor for the view of the ocean and no so much the view of the roof

Clean and comfortable, beds were like a cloud! Bathroom was spotless and well appointed! Loved the location across from the beach too

The fact that they asked us before our stay if we were celebrating something special, which we were, only for there to be no benefit to that at all! A nice handwritten note saying Happy Anniversary with a couple of complimentary drinks at the bar would have been nice or a complimentary bottle of wine. Why ask if you don't care?! Even a room upgrade would have been nice. For $450, we overlooked a roof! At dinner, we gave our drink orders, and it took 15 minutes to receive them! There was hardly anyone in the restaurant! We then got our entree, followed by our main meals before we'd even started our entree!! In the bar area, we had plates and empty glasses sat on our table while staff walked by and didn't bother to clear them. All in all, not a nice stay, and we WON'T be back. I'm embarrassed that that is the level of hospitality we are showcasing to international travellers.

The location is great and the beds are super comfortable. The water pressure in the shower was a very nice surprise.

The walls in the room were damaged and the windows weren't clean. There's no protective screens on the windows either so you can't open them to get a nice sea breeze. Having to pay for WiFi is not acceptable, especially for a hotel at this price point. I would have liked to see an amenities kit in the bathroom also.

There was a blackout when we arrived and we were unable to check in ot get keys cut to our room and no lifts working so had to use stairs up many flights/floor levels. Power did not come back on until after midnight. No food available. We only received two drink vouchers for our inconvenience. No discount was applied to our accommodation due to the disruption and lack of services avail.

these was multiple xmas parties running. all bars and pool areas were full of the general public and. o place to sit and have a drink. the noise was unbearable and load to the point I left at 6:30pm and booked in somewhere else to sleep. Given I paid upfront nearly $900 for 2. lights for myself just to rest after working its was a disappointment. Will be seeking a refund for the second night.

The view was so disappointing for the price paid. There was insufficient parking at the property. The beds were springy/soft and was awful to sleep on. I would have expected king beds to be standard, we knew it was going to be a queen bed. For the price paid, they should consider having pod coffees in the room. I have stayed in hotels at half the price which offered more facilities and value.

Room was a little tired and humming draft that could only be resolved by opening the balcony door.

Rooms were lovely, beds soft! Breakfast was delicious and plenty of options. Enjoyed the north bar and pool area. The hotel had a really nice relaxing feel to it.

The table in the north bar was dirty with food all over it. We asked staff to clean it when they brought our drinks over, but they never returned to clean it. They were not overly busy either.
