Stays at this Hilton garden before. Convienient for Luton Airport. Do think that hotels should show parking charge. This time only £8.00 overnight.

Great location for me. Bright, clean, modern room
Staff helpful. Have stayed here a couple of times as it is convenient
Restaurant staff at breakfast very chatty however cooked food is barely warm. As you pay extra for breakfast this is always a disappointment

It was easy to find the staff on arrival were pleasant and the lady at breakfast also. The room was tidy and the bed was ok.
I know it was a 3 star but for 270 pound and queen room requested I was given a disabled room with a wash room and the shower was of poor performance and the temperature poor to the point where the second day I had to just quick wash and get out. After long days training I really wanted to to relax under the shower or in a bath of a nice temperature. The hotel was dated and you can tell things were worn and just felt abit grubby ie carpets sofa and curtains.

We had a dinner in restaurant for 5 people .
The food was shocking .
Presentation was awful ..
Taste was very average and two of the dishes were so bad.
They gave us a daily special sheet and two out of the 3 were unavailable.
Two of the main courses were also not available and my wife had a dish she couldn't even eat.

The location and the name
The bed is awful, noisy, and shaky. The mattresses need changing . That was the 3rd experience. I thought the problem was only for the room. I woke up with a painful body.

The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful. Room was comfortable and quiet and the breakfast was excellent value.

staff could not be more kind and understanding. I travel alone so certain things are very very important to me.
the shower was a huge let down. the bathroom looked amazing but the shower head was simply very inadequate indeed . drip drip drip when I want waterfall.

The reception lady was very friendly when we arrived. The room was well furnished and clean. The dinner was delicious and Maria in the kitchen manager ensured we are having the best service. The hotel is walking distance from the swimming pool where we had a competition.
