The team were very accommodating, as it was a last minute and late night booking due to a disappointment elsewhere. They kept in touch to make sure we processed the paperwork, arrived and had safe enter into the rental property. The garden was great for the kids at this time of the year. The team was also very helpful extending the stay. Everything went very smoothly. We would love to rent from them again.

The guests stayed at this property for only 3 days and were appalled by the conditions of the property. The showers had no sealing on the windows, and the tiling was cracked and peeling away, the bedrooms were not in a good state as well as no lighting in the bedroom, the kitchen utensils hadn’t been washed properly and were sticky. I thought I’d make you aware so that you can sort these problems out for any future guests and it’s far from habitable.

The customer service by the hosts was exceptional. We booked this for our staff and would definitely book again if we are in the Luton area.

I appreciate staying with Aimee as she made sure we had everything we needed and had a comfortable stay. Really felt at home. Parking is available but sometimes hard to get into but everything else from space and amenities was spot on. Would stay again if on another work trip in the area.

Very homely feel which is important especially when coming home from work. Near shops and essential places! Loved it!
