The rooms had quite a bit of outside noise coming through and the blinds didn’t block windows well and made the room bright very early

called the propety at 6.30pm as the heater wasn’t working. property manned till 7pm

The apartment is in a lovely suburb of Melbourne which has a metro stop about 10 minutes walk away. It takes about a half an hour on the metro to get into the city centre. The apartment is welll located on the main street of Williamstown and the ladies in reception, Kate and Vikki, are very friendly and helpful. The place is very clean throughout. The apartment had a mini kitchen, washer/dryer and a small balcony
We were located just adjacent to the hot tub area so when we opened our balcony door we could hear the noise from this area. It also limited our privacy because we could also be heard by those using the hot tub area. The apartment was more compact than we expected

The room was nice and quiet accept the bedroom has a rain head outside the window and when it rains
you hear the incessant DRIP,DRIP,DRIP. which kept me awake until the rain stopped and it subsided.

Loved the location, the cleanliness, so quiet and bed so comfortable. The staff were very helpful in terms of explaining choice of restaurants .

Location was great. Building and apartment design is excellent. Staff were very pleasant and tried to be helpful.
Apartment needs urgent attention rusty outdoor furniture, nails popped up on deck, bathroom fitting hanging off ceiling, redecoration needed. No one available onsite overnight had problem with extremely loud music and party, phoned for help security arrived 2am, told group to turn music down, did for a short while then turned up until staff arrived 8:30. No sleep for me felt quite unsafe.

Was easy to find and nice for a night
One side of the couch was uncomfortable to sit on

We were a large family group visiting family in Melbourne. Jesi was fantastic and very patient with coming and goings of our family. Nothing was too much trouble. The staff who service the rooms were also cheerful and kind.
I was a little cold on my first night and I don't like the yellow/ cream synthetic blankets. They were a bit dirty looking and obviously very worn.
