Well for starters I booked a 2 bedroom apartment, when we got there payed we had 2 seperate rooms which is not what we booked, no money back or anything. No heater working in the second room.

The lady at the front desk was very welcoming, so lovely and professional. We also loved the fact our 2 rooms were adjoining for our family. Everything presented well, clean and modern. Walking distance to Knox Shopping Centre.

Due to the location (near a large intersection) the traffic noise was very loud at night and early morning, but that can't be helped. Much quieter Sunday morning though.

it was a beautifully styled apartment with plenty of space

we couldn’t use the pool during our stay as their was a private function booked in that. it would have been nice to be told beforehand as we were there for sons basketball and intended to use pool for his recovery.

the floors didn’t look like that had been vacuumed, under the vanities, in corners, the floors everywhere even outside the front entrance. the sofa had hair and crumbs on it!!!

Only got room service once in 4 nights. So no fresh towels etc

Room was bigger than I expected which was nice. Room offered a large number of facilities/amenities. Great price for what was provided.

The shower head. It sprays water everywhere but on to you. The parking at reception is quite awkward. The scanner to access the paid parking area could be better located.

more attention to detail with cleaning was needed. Under couch cushions was very dirty. Hallways smelt and did not look well looked after. We did not feel safe entering at night with some shady looking characters lurking around the entrance. They clearly did not have access cards but were trying to follow in behind people.

Large apartment with plenty of room

The room smelt strongly of bleach/chemicals. It needs a good, thorough clean.

It appears as shown in the pictures, TVs are out of date, not really a 2 bedroom apartment but 2 rooms with a shared entry way, not a big deal, but you can't set the internal doors to stay open easily. Otherwise fine for short family stays.

Room was not ready when we arrived a couple hours after advertised check-in time (2pm). Front desk staff had left early for the day but did call to let us know how to do "after hours" check-in. Bed config would have been wrong if we were not there waiting for the cleaners to tell them how we booked it. Calling reception to see if there was another ready room rang their other location who were not aware reception was empty at our location, and could offer no help. we were told we'd be contacted the following morning about the room not being ready, that never happened despite a claimed room ready guarantee. Cleaners were surprised/confused to see us show up and had only just started the room clean. Once the room was clean we had no issues with the room. We did have to ask the cleaners as they were leaving for supplies like coffee, milk which they seemed to forget. Parking was very limited, even when paying for a park (which we did) it looked like you could miss out on a spot. This is the 3rd time in a row we have stayed in Melbourne and arrived long after check-in to a non-ready room.

Bathroom tiles needed cleaning, wiping around light switches needed, as well as a lot of wall and door marks. Only three coathangars.
