The attached Chinese restaurant was delicious for dinner. Conveniently located for our next day appointment
The room allocated on the first floor was badly in need of renovation. The bathroom needed regrouting & upgrading which was the reason for lower scoring from us. Were we allocated this floor because we booked with Booking.com rather than directly…who knows?
There are no breakfast facilities at this motel although the website said there was.

Close to hospital.
Refused to take cash security deposit as discussed at check in, as intentionally limited funds available on credit card. Noted that settlement would be in cash. Demanded card swipe at check in as security. Credit card transaction then processed without consent resulting in overdraw, plus overseas funds transfer fee (!) discovered on checking bank statement. This hotel is in suburban Melbourne. Will be warning local hospitals NOT to mention this hotel as conveniently located.

Knox club across the road was very convenient.

The carpets were very worn.
It looked life the carpets in the hallways and lift hadn't been vacuumed for a considerable amount of time.

They asked us to pay a $100 deposit that would be refunded within 5 working days
I have emailed them twice asking for our $100 back and still have not received it. It has now been 4 weeks!
Staff were not that friendly at the property and very unfriendly in regards to receiving our money back. Not happy at all!!

From the start with booking in, the receptionist was very friendly and cheerful. The room was very large and well lit, everything from mini bar to bathroom towels was well laid out and the bed super comfy. Private balcony a lovely touch to sit out on with amazing Dandenong Ranges views.
Booking.com states an in-house restaurant for tea and breakfast, which it does not. That facility is there but for private functions. But lots of places for dinner and breakfast locally.

Room was a reasonable size with a king size bed. The restaurant was great, best crab claw ever.

Room was a good size. Bed was comfy. Bathroom was nice. Check in after 5pm was a great addition. Staff member at front desk was friendly and knowledgeabe
Entrance to carpark was hard to find, i missed it and had to drive around the block. Also car park was very full due to restaurant too. I feel like ceiling lights would be beneficial

The bath was very high with flimsy glass partition. Shower head needs a clean out or replace to disperse water better.
Cupboard hiding fridge was broken.

Room was clean.. and comfortable and adequate for what was needed.. close to Knox and other facilities Staff were friendly.
The description on the website and on Booking.com advised there was a DVD player as well as the tv.. there wasn't...I had a disc to watch for work but couldn't .....and tv offered no wifi connection to personal devices.
