Perfect for families. Lots of great restaurants and the pool is amazing. Buffet is also fantastic and staff are very helpful.

Buffet breakfast plates not cleaned up to standard from fresh plate stack can tell dish washer staff member did not scrub before putting in dishwasher disappointing as its 5 stars also I found a chip in plate . this is the section you need to work on pls . buffet staff I had to chase down to order omelette they were too busy slowly clearing plates and not attending to our table maybe they just tired but guest comes first at this price point , The W Sydney has same issue id say more staff training in the food section pls .

Not long enough of a stay

They acknowledged our anniversary and provided complimentary wine, dessert, and parking. It was a nice gesture that made us feel like we weren't being nickeled and dimed and set a positive tone for our stay.

Some areas of our hotel room didn't seem completely clean. The gym was a little disappointing. Some areas of the facilities looked like they had significant wear and needed repairs and maintenance. However, most of the property seemed very nice.

The hotel has been renovated beautifully

Too expensive. Breakfast buffet is. rip off and I got charged $79 per person on xmas day with no warning, no one told us thats how much it was going to cost. No complementary water bottles in rooms, not enough coffee pods in rooms.

The 2 pools & the waterslide were great - just what we hoped for. The view from our 22nd floor unit was spectacular. Our room was very modern & a reasonable size. Parking onsite was a breeze. Misono restaurant was great fun & great food.

Check-in was delayed. We arrived just after 2 pm & our room was not ready until 3 pm. We were directed to the pool change rooms, which were very wet toilets, not change rooms. Drinks were very overpriced. Beds were way too soft. After 48 hours, we have still not received our final account, so no idea what our final bill is for or how much.

The 2 pools & waterslide were excellent - everything we hoped for. Our room was very modern, reasonably spacious & with good views from the 23rd floor. Misono restaurant was great fun with great food. Onsite parking was a breeze.

We arrived well before 2pm & our room was not ready until 1.53pm. We were directed to the change rooms near the pool, which were in fact very wet toilets, not change rooms. Drinks were overpriced. Beds were way too soft.

Check in and checking out so slow and check in staff disappear to pore welcome drinks while queuing chec in customers left waiting to check in which left no one on the desk and no one explaining why . This is not a very professional welcome for customers.plenty of staff but not doing what was needed I think give a good welcome by making a quick and professional check in rather than a small welcome drink that actually I had to return to the desk and ask for after waiting in a queue again . I think when you pay $709 for a room then $24 parking then asked to pay $96 for breakfast your check in and out should be a more pleasant experience . Hour one more upsetting moment was ordering a drink by the pool I ordered a drink for my wife on her 65 th birthday and requested 2 gin and tonics in a tall glass then received 2 gin and sodas in small glasses which I had to return to the bar and request the correct drink in the correct glass . Overall our stay was a good one we only live 20 minutes away from the hotel but unfortunately we will not be returning as we do not feel this was valu for money. My wife and i have worked all of our lives in this industry and for 25 years ran our own business which we sold Severn years ago to retire to the Gold Coast with our children and grandchildren. Curtains in room needed washing, stains on them.

Amazing location with a wonderful pool and amazing bars and restaurants.

The pools were fantastic. The facade was lovely, the room and foyer were lovely.

The pillows were dreadful. The food in the main dining room was not very good. It was overcooked in the bay marie. The breakfast was also left out too long and dried out and generally unpleasant.
