The facilities were fantastic and location was the best!! The 2 bedroom apartment was a great size with everything we needed. We will definitely make this our yearly family holiday destination! Located just above Coles, liquorland, a chemist and many other great shops. Amazing coffee at cafe Italia downstairs, which was a morning ritual.
The vacuum was crappy, which is minor, but was difficult to keep the carpet clean with a 4 year old. The balcony doors were hard to open at times which could be heat related. The ensuite shower head was a bit dodgy- again minor. We loved everything about our stay….

The location was spot on! Property was clean and tidy

Clear and easy-to-follow instructions were provided to collect keys from the lockbox after hours, excellent location with Coles onsite, a close walk to Cavil Ave, restaurants and the beach. It is handy to have a washing machine and dryer in the apartment. The lagoon pool is nice and big with great BBQ facilities and a great indoor pool and gym.
The kitchen and Bathrooms are a little outdated and small, however both spotless.

The location was exceptionally good, apartment was clean and the beds really comfortable.
Finding the office to collect the keys was an absolute disaster as it is hidden in a small shopping centre, the reception staff were very unhelpful and rude and have no hospitality skills whatsoever. You have to park your car in the Coles car park till 2pm as they would not let you enter the building till then even though the previous guests have left the building at 10am. I would not recommend this property for all the tea in China.

La proximité avec le centre de surfers, tout est disponible au rez-de-chaussée (coles , les différentes boutique ) , par contre les appartements, rien a dire très propre, on se sent très bien . Je recommande Holiday holiday

Location was good - heart of surfers paradise.
It stunk, everything was old and dated. Toilets had mould and stains. Faulty smoke alarms that go off at 2am walking up our entire family. No one around to fix them at night. We had to dismantle them in the middle of the night which was what we were told to do by the after hours hotline. Spoke to agents who discussed with property manager - no action after we spent almost $900 a night. Just an email saying sorry.

The location is great and the outdoor facilities are good
The rooms are outdated, completely run down and feel dirty. Clothing items left from past guests were found next to the beds and a half used 'pill' packet was found on the floor in the wardrobe.

Straight collection of key at the apartment will be more convenient then parking the car at the different location.
Re park the car for first time will be a bit difficult.

the facilities are nice except the spas weren’t hot, they were barely warm.
I won’t ever be booking through a 3rd party again.

the 2nd apartment key didn’t unlock or open the apartment door. 1 towel per guest is ridiculous when there’s pools.

Unfortunately your request for the compensation is rejected. The water leaks came from the broken valve, and therefore caused the wet carpet. We did deliver some bath towels for you after this incident happened. Again I'm sorry for any inconvenience.

Sensational pools
Having to clean up everything perfectly before we left or else be faced with $50 fines (if furniture out of place or plate not cleaned). Anyhow, we did it!!

One of the windows wasn't sealed properly so there was a lot of noise from outside wind. Someone parked in our space and security didn't tow them as per the procedure.

useless management from Holiday Holiday- rude service and attitude. we stayed here specifically for the outdoor spa bcs we liked it last time- used it every morning and night. no mention of the spa being under full renovation anywhere. it was the reason we chose this place again and when we mentioned the issue to Holiday Holiday the attitude was bar luck, take it further if you like but we won’t cancel your stay. no care at all about customers.

Enjoyed the location direct on Cavill so easy to get anywhere and lots to do within walking distance
The outdoor spa did not work the entire time of our stay which we look forward using every time we go there. The lift wells were smelly, cockroaches in our room
