Location was perfect and the apartment was lovely

Location - nice to be able to walk into the city centre.

Bathroom had marks on mirror, and overall the room wasn’t the best kept, bed was ok, overall the room was quite dated.

We were upgraded from a Studio to a One Bedroom Apartment. Very pleased with the size and outlook from the balcony. King bed was extremely comfortable. Good sound insulation, didn't hear any adjoining noises. The apartment was absolutely spotless and the full kitchen had everything that we could need.
Liked the basement carparking for security.
Above all I liked that there was always someone on Reception. They always greeted us as we went through the lobby and were very helpful. Not always found lately in Australian hotels.

We were attending a footy game at Win stadium - the location was a short walk from the stadium which is great. The apartment was spacious, clean and bed was comfortable. We will be back!

there was an odd smell in both rooms. white stains on couch. conditioner bottles were broken. washing machine/dryer smell of mildew

Reception welcome was very professional and staff member is to be commended. Location is excellent within walking distance to the best that Wollongong has to offer. Room was clean and well appointed. Bed was comfortable with good quality linen.
Separate fee for parking. At Room rate I would have expected parking included.

parking was a bit tight but we drive a Ram so normal sized cars would be fine. balcony view wasn’t very good
