O pequeno almoço muito bom. Quarto espaçoso e limpo.

A piscina tinha agua fria, com a cobertura aberta, num dia de 16 graus de temperatura. Jacuzzi não funcionava. Quarto com vista para um prédio, pelo preço cobrado não tem boa relação preço / qualidade.

eu gostei muito da tranquilidade do hotel, para descascar e relaxar eu recomendo… eu passei 3 dias no hotel. Dia dos namorados o jantar e o atendimento foi maravilhoso… dia seguinte aniversário do meu marido, até surpresa tivemos no quarto bolo surpresa. fomos jantar no hotel e quando subimos estava o bolo surpresa. realmente adorei tudo.

Um hotel á beira da praia onde se pode escutar o mar enquanto estamos a dormir. O pequeno almoço tem qualidade e variedade e a localização é muito central. Os quartos são confortáveis

A garagem do hotel põe á prova a visão periférica que se tem do carro - muito apertada para descer, contudo, muito melhor do que tentar arranjar lugar na rua.

Parking is a big issue if you are coming with a car. It was written that Parking is matter of availability and it's not possible to reserve. We assumed that if we succed to catch a place it's reserved for us during the stay but we have found out that if we are going out the Parking is not kept for us. Staff was very nice and tried to help. Still we felt trapped and afraid to move as there is no way to find a place around.

I have been to 4 and 5 stars hotels. I know what the experience is supposed to be like. This hotel should not have 4 stars, it’s completely overrated. They settle for mediocre service, relying solely on their location without striving for improvement. The clueless hotel staff lacked training in handling dissatisfied guests and struggled to offer alternatives. During check-in, the staff member seemed to be in a hurry. She scanned our IDs without explanation or consent - which was clarified later. They also agreed to usage terms on my behalf without permission. It felt really uncomfortable from the beginning. The standard room had a disappointing view of the noisy ventilation system. The constant noise prevented us from opening the windows during our stay. These details were not mentioned in the room listing, which featured photos with closed curtains. It's unacceptable for a 4-star hotel to provide such an underwhelming and noisy experience as the "standard". Additionally, the weak hair dryer provided required me to request a replacement from staff. The interior design and architecture were outdated, reminiscent of the '90s, and noticeable wall cracks demanded repair. Cleanliness was compromised, with mould in the bathtub and pool. The pool is only 1 meter deep and doesn't have the capacity for all guests. Inconveniently, guests had to request pool towels, room slips, and robes from staff rather than finding them readily available in the room. This policy, allegedly initiated due to COVID, is subpar for a 4-star hotel. My stay with my mom and mobility-restricted grandma revealed inaccessible facilities. To our surprise, the bathrooms only have a higher-than-average bathtub - a no-go for people with reduced mobility. There are several staircases to access the pool and hot tub. I'm shocked to learn that basic accessibility is neglected in hotels. The staff made excuses and provided no solutions.

the one and only thing that let it down was the lack of kettle in the room. yes you can order room service but it would’ve been nicer and easier to make myself a drink in the morning!

Location was amazing, the suite had a stunning view

We had dinner at the restaurant and my wife got sick and vomited all night.We left a written complaint about this. She never got sick in any of our travels, even to developing nations, we've been to more than 20 countries and lived in 3. But the hotel refused to take any responsibility even if we did all the meals that day inside the hotel.We did not like this behaviour at all

Everything else was fine.

That I am still waiting for the invoice that the staff said it would take a few more minutes to send. Clearly it was forgotten.

dimensão e demasiado calor dentro do hotel.

Everything was excellent--the view, the food, the room (although no A/C in winter), the staff. We needed work space for our laptop and cell phone and the staff was very accommodating. We were lucky that the hotel was so empty we had the place to ourselves almost.

Parking was very tight, as there was active road construction. Rui at the front desk found us a space in front of the hotel for a small charge.
