Good central location to explore the island. Plenty of sunbeds by the pool. Good wifi. Good isolation. Excellent staff.

Dinners were fine on average, but sometimes quite bad. Breakfast was good, but bad coffee. The pool was not cold, but quite chilly. Dogs are allowed and we were awaken during few nights. Not much entertainment for kids, outdoor playground would help.

Beautiful garden, great spacious room facing beach, great to sleep with sound of waves and breezes from ocean Great breakfast and dinner buffet, lots of choices. We love the fact it locates off the busy area as we wanted to relax. beautiful landscape, beach and swimming pool. Great for those looking for peaceful nature oriented vacation. Absolutely gorgeous staff, friendly and trying to help, very humble people. parking is very convenient

At first, we got bed cover that may have been exposed to humidity, and smelled bad. But they dealt with it quickly. I think most guests like to open windows instead of using central Air Conditioning because temperature here is really comfortable, so the room bedding are exposed to high humidity. Compared with the benefit of other factors, it is not an issues at all. We will definitely recommend this hotel for families traveling with rental car.

Staff.

The dining room does not match the expectation! The food is very industrial, some of it probably from cans. The variety of food at breakfast is poor and limited. The hotel is old and the facilities do not correspond to the period.

Everything was superb. The staff/ The room. The restaurant. The location/ An amazing hotel in a nature reservation. After travelling arround the island I must say this is the best place to stay.

Cappuccino is made not from ground coffee but instant cheap one. This should be changed for such a level of hotel ;)

Very quiet place although having all kinds of guests families, singles, old and young. The employees are superfriendly. Breakfast and dinner were fresh and there was a lot you could choose from : from standard breakfast to typical local stuff, at dinner they had specialities from different countries and cultures and also great deserts or snacks for kids. The pool is clean and very big and the whole compound great to walk and relax u have the feeling u are in a park by the ocean. On some evenings they had events for children and concerts with local music but quiet enough if u don t wanna participate and just relax. I was there with my 4 year old child and it was perfect for us although it is not a typical family hotel You can alsi havr lunch spontaneously there but also at the bar on the beach. There s a bus thaz starts at the gate and can take u to the sourroundings buz taxis are also very cheap and confortable.

The location was beautiful, great ocean view, nice beach and most attractions are reachable by relatively short drives.

The hotel is quite old and one feels and partially smells it (like on the floor of main restaurant). The lobby is beautiful and rooms spacious, but generally some renovation would be advisable. The quality of food was not good especially taking into account how tasteful everything was outside of hotel premises. Breakfast was more or less average, but diner dishes mostly really bad. Also quality of cocktails was quite bad

Excellent location with a pool, pool bar, and right next to a great beach. Beautifully landscaped grounds, very helpful front desk staff. Many choices for the breakfast buffet. Totally loved it!

If you look for a bigger Hotel at the beach, this Hotel has a monopol on the island, and they know this very well. The beach in front of the hotel is clean as well the poolsection and other facilities. The overall design is oldfashioned and comes from the 80s. The rooms are really big, even if the design is not up to date, a nice thing to have. The seaview rooms have a very nice view of the ocean and sundown. The so called "gardenview" rooms in reality are parking-place-view rooms, the barking of dogs are the common soundtrack of the night.

The poolarea is loaded with shouting children and you can`t relax there. The poolservice was sympathetic but very untrained. The hotel forces you to pic up the towels at the reception and every towel is counted, what tells a lot about, what they think about their clients. Towel robbers seems to be the main target of this stupid rule... normaly a question of a good insurance. The waiters in the restaurant where also very sympathetic but also extremely untrained. The loud falling of dishes was quite a running joke. The food from the buffet was simply horrible, demanding food lovers will be forced to eat outside, meaning a total of one hour of transportation and no alcohol drinking due to driving. Same for the breakfast: Old cutted fruit that ist served for days and the cold cuts sweating as well. The coffee mashine is the worst i ever met in a restaurant and there is NO EXPRESSO MASHINE in this so called 4 Star Hotel, even not in the Suites. Mini Bar is there... empty. The air condition agregates outside can be heard all nicht long (garden view rooms) You must take a slot for your breakfast, what is extremely unconvinient for a 4 Star Hotel. The price of the night is to high for what it is, i would rate this hotel with 3 Stars... unless you book through a big masstourism company, what is noticeable at the other guests (well, question of taste)

The rooms are large and really good, the view is amazing and the breakfast buffet is a really nice one.

The big problem is the dinner buffet that is way under the overall level of the hotel. The dinner buffet is disappointing at best. The food is not of very good quality, Pies for dessert for exemple taste really like industrial chemical product. Preparations are not very good either, for exemple, the picana was really dry and hard (I remember picana from other places to be wonderful meat). Fish preparations are often very greasy. The calamari and acras are better but not even kept warm. The difference between the breakfast buffet that is excellent and dinner buffet is huge. The dinner buffet is not at the level of the other services of the hotel, we should have taken only room + breakfast
