Rooms were amazing, bed was so comfortable, loved the fireplace background on the television. Will definitely return!
Second floor vending wasn’t working, but couldn’t fault anything else it was perfect.

Breakfast was good.
The room we booked was not the room that was reserved. We were given a handicap accessible room and the management was not flexible in changing rooms. Claimed that it was booking.com's issues and happens all the time. We were offered free drinks and breakfast which we already paid for at time of reservation. After a lengthy discussion with the manager we went to the restaurant for dinner only to be told the kitchen was closed. Parking was on the street and had to be moved by a certain time or else a citation was given. The room was uncomfortable and the bathroom was unusable. If it weren't for the service we received at breakfast the next morning the rating would be a lot worse.

It’s in a good location, if you can get parked at the hotel it’s good value, however if you have to park elsewhere and pay it adds up! The room is very spacious and the toiletries are a nice touch! Love the cofffee machine and water in the room.
We paid a lot more for room only this time we stayed than we have previously, for no real reason (but we needed somewhere to stay), the room was overly warm and the air con wasn’t great!

Ottimo hotel non so se sono tutte uguali le camere ma la nostra era un mini appartamento… letto comodo e spazioso, bagno grande e colazione ottima vicino al centro

room was Spacious for a standard room, everything about the place was clean, , No problem with towels etc,good shower facility.
Why has the room a glass door for the ensuite? very dissappointed with the Breakfast, only had it one morning and it cost 16 euro each!!! The irish Breakfast wasnt up to standard I think.
Bed in the room is small enough for 2, and I am not a big bloke.

It was a fantastic stay . From start to finish.. staff were vy friendly , vy helpful, free Parking and was allowed to leave car there for few hours after check out time .

nothing much - the key fob in the lift sometimes took a few swipes to work. also the shower head in the room was a bit low and didn’t seem to be adjustable

This is a belter of a place to stay if you're heading to Limerick!
The size of the room was way more than we expected, and the bed was genuinely the most comfortable hotel bed I've ever slept in.
It was spotlessly clean, the parking was a bonus and all the staff were great (especially Kylie who was an absolute gem!)
We stayed there was we were covering a wedding at another hotel in Limerick, but I'm glad we stayed at the Absolute.
A 5 minute walk to anywhere, and it sits alone away from the noise. Perfect 👍

Once again the staff customer service, the food, the cleanliness was exceptional. This was our second stay and our room was upgraded at reception to a suite this time round!! Our favourite hotel in Limerick, see you all soon 👌🏾👌🏻
