Óptima localização, com vários restaurantes e pubs a menos de 100 metros. Do hotel até ao centro são 15 minutos a pé. Zona muito segura. Pequeno-almoço simples, mas agradável. Quartos espaçosos e com arrumação para a roupa.

The staff member from Costa Rica was a joy. The continental buffet was good value, great coffee. A referral to Choi Yo around the block was greatly appreciated.

Sin duda lo mejor el personal, que nos dió muchas facilidades para todo. Además, la chica que nos recibió hablaba español, algo que agradecimos.

Las instalaciones estaban un poco anticuadas, aunque la cama era bastante cómoda y dejaban 2 almohadas, que siempre se agradece.

I received news that my father had died during my stay. I was on the phone a good deal that evening as you might imagine. I felt my noise levels were reasonable as I was still conscious that I had neighbouring guests to consider (normal talking noise level, not shouting or crying etc) but was told by staff to keep my noise level down. I will say that there was a lot of shouting/noise from the next door room. Perhaps there was some confusion about who was making the noise. Nevertheless, it was additional distress at an upsetting time. Suffice to say, I am reluctant to book again, which is a shame as I’ve been a repeat customer for some time now.
