Good location. great view. secure parking 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms

Nice feeling, clean and lovely views

Kitchen was dangerous both hubby and I got small burns using oven as there is no room to move trays in and out of oven and only one teatowel to manoeuvre the trays around, smoke alarm kept going off as it is right above anything so put us off using stove top. The cooking utensils are dated (probably original) also oven trays and oven not very clean. Couch uncomfortable to sit on.

it was a great place to stay with the family. location was perfect so close to water and parks and only a short distance to theme parks and shopping

A lovely fully refurbished deluxe 2 bedroom apartment. Beautiful water view, tastefully decorated in modern tones. Shower was lovely and hot,no adjustment required. Airconditioning and fans in the rooms. Host at the desk was very friendly.

For us the parking was a little tight. For this particular unit we had to navigate 2 concrete pillars. While the pillars are necessary we found it a little difficult.We had a small car.

Absolutely loved everything. The room was beautifully set out and the views were spectacular.

The TV was not working properly however we were not there to watch TV so it didn't effect me.

Great, peaceful location, great views. The Cafe was excellent - good value, great food and friendly service. Rooftop pool and spa were great - loved the views.

The bedrooms weren't air-conditioned so it was a little uncomfortable at night, although the fans helped. The air-conditioning in the lounge was good but would have helped if it was in the bedrooms as well.

The photos were much nicer than the property. We booked a ocean view apartment but we didn’t get this. The living space was so cramped with 3 sofas and 6 chair dinning table we didn’t even have floor space to put our baby on the floor for play time. The bed was so soft my husband and I kept falling inwards in the bed. The bed sheet was so dusty with actual bits of dust or dirt. The bathroom taps looked like they were never cleaned had tooth paste marks on them. The property had old mould smell and the fridge was rusty and just all in all wished we hadn’t booked there.

This was our second stay with The Atrium. We enjoy the view and the comfort or the room.

Was very disappointed that the rooftop pool and spa were closed.

quiet. could see the sea from balcony, updated bathrooms

the fans were old, unable to turn on the oven as no master switch. the fans in the new bathrooms noisy, we were told council regulations stated they needed to be on 24/7. the beds were all on wheels and took off across the bedrooms at the slightest touch.

We have stayed at the Atrium a few times and find it very clean, comfortable and the staff are lovely . We love the rooftop pool .

I expected the unit to be sparkling clean on arrival, instead we had to wait 45 minutes and when we went in the unit it was still being cleaned and the tile floor was left so wet that we had to dry it ourselves.

The rude lady at reception, the bathrooms were dirty, the mirror looked like it had never been cleaned...the cups were old and stained, the pillows had black marks on them, the bathroom cupboards were falling apart, the spa in the room was gross and disgusting so we never used it once, would have been really nice if I had been asked what my stay was like instead on saying I should have told reception....wouldn't recommend this resort even for the homeless...

The extra bed was very very uncomfortable

The location was great. The staff were helpful and very polite. Gardens well kept and maintained, pool and spa were great. Great views.

Over all it was good how ever there could be a few improvements for future guest. The oven didn't work. The range hood needed cleaning, smelt like old grease There was missing kitchen utensils chopping board, and tongs- so couldn't use bbq, etc But we would stay there again.
