the restroom in 203 could be better - no bathtub necessary, toilet crowded in a corner.

The high rating starts with the people on staff - they were excellent in every way. The rooms are very well appointed and appear to be recently updated or remodeled. I did not use the spa facilities so cannot speak to that. the breakfast was very good as well.

I ordered a ribeye stake at dinner in the restaurant (68 CHF) and it was terrible. I would not recommend. However, the tomato soup, vegetables, bread and spread were all excellent.

Beautifull design yet very comfortable, really relaxing place. Very knowledgable and pleasant staff. Great food and wine list. Quiet place with a lovely view.

The bell service and consierge is a bit underestimated given the size and importance of the hotel.

Room was very simple and clean.

Would be great if there have some tea bag in the room. Tried to ask at the front desk but they said they don't give tea bags.

I love the play of light on well chosen materials and textiles, the marimekko cushions, its history revisited in such a modern and stylish way. the spectacular view from many different sides of the hotel.

I appreciated almost everything but the passage between the indoor pool and the Solbad / reception to the treatments feels a tad « messy » and unstylish.

Super nice and helpful staff (all). Very good breakfast and tasty food for a dinner in the hotel's restaurant. SPA and swimming pool is nice and relaxing. The atmosphere is welcome, cosy and chic. Very like it, well deserved exceptional rate.

Great spa area, with nice outside saltwaterpool, lots of chill out areas and a hot outside sauna. Restaurant and food was great - every day a slightly different a la care menu. Breakfast buffet is rich with super good bread and very tasty 5min eggs.

Rooms/doors are badly soundproofed. You hear people passing your door easily. Staff (serving staff and reception) seemed very inexperienced. I think we were basically only served by interns, which per se is not bad. But there has been numerous mistakes: e.g. confusion during service times, wrong items on dinner bill, checkout bill with bills included which we have not consumed or staff which didnt know where they parked our car. We didnt expect this at such quality hotel.

The suite seemed a bit expensive for what it is. Felt like a normal room. The furniture wasn’t very cozy - cold modern interior. Made to have breakfast on a schedule but by 9.30 not really any fruit or muesli left.

We had a junior suite and it was a great size with amazing view from the balcony. V comfy beds and very stylish decor throughout the hotel.
