Nothing, would have been a plus to have a kids’ menu in the Roof restaurant to try it 1 night but all excellent

Location proximity to our wedding venue
We were supposed to have a room with ocean view and were given a room on the 1st floor where there was a wall surrounding the balcony and we could not see the ocean from the room!!! I requested a higher level where we could actually see the ocean and my request was declined by the staff!!

I recently had the pleasure of staying at Hotel Charlie in Pesaro, and it exceeded all my expectations. The hotel's excellent location right by the sea made for stunning views and easy beach access, enhancing our stay immensely.
The cleanliness of the hotel was impeccable, with every corner spotless and well-maintained. The outdoor pool was a delightful addition, providing a refreshing dip with a scenic backdrop. Despite its compact size, the fitness room was well-equipped and perfectly maintained, offering a convenient space for a quick workout.
The culinary experience at Hotel Charlie was superb. Both breakfast and dinner featured a variety of delicious and well-prepared dishes that catered to all tastes. Special mention goes to the dining room staff—Ksenia, Zoran, and Francesca—who were exceptionally attentive, friendly, and professional, making each meal even more enjoyable.
Overall, my experience at Hotel Charlie was outstanding. The excellent service and welcoming staff made it a truly memorable stay. I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Pesaro!

La mauvaise isolation sonore de la 1ère chambre (due à la porte de communication avec la chambre d’à côté), le service inattentif au bistrot (indépendant de l’hôtel?).

Loved the design, breakfast, staff, matres - all just perfect! Would come back again just for these reasons and few hotels actually have such good room quality.
I just didn't like the pillows and room was having so many lights that are on during the night, like blue and green near the door. Internet is full of scientific studies on how disturbing it is for sleep - so I think hotel could pay more attention for such things.
Plus, the sound isolation is really poor,especially for neighbouring rooms, I could hear clear details of just casual conversation behing the wall.

The location is excellent. just opposite the beach. The hotel has been newly done up and everything looked new. B/fast was also good. Overall very neat and clean. staff was very pleasant and nice to talk.
parking was difficult. i got a small slot and it was difficult for me to park.

The hotel is located directly at the beach and offers a fantastic panoramic view to the sea. The staff was very friendly and helpful.

Hotel is tired and rooms/balconies are in need of updating. Decor is very dark and lighting in bathrooms is insufficient. No tea or coffee making facilities in the room.
Reception staff weren't particularly helpful - I couldn't get a lightbulb replaced as they don't have a maintenance team out of season - it was end Sept! Expensive daily car parking charge.
Hotel is clean with daily housekeeping. Catering & bar staff were lovely and cheerful. Location overlooking the beach is good. Bar prices were very reasonable.

Normally I don't write reviews - only when extremely good or bad ! Hotel Cruiser WAS one of best hotels in Pesaro, but now is worse, everything is old broken and dirty - I don't go anymore a SHAME to rent rooms like this

The hotel needs work. I little more attention to the small details would go a long way. Had to change rooms to get WiFi…only to find the second room only had WiFi in the living room. Although we had a triple room with a living area(sofa bed) and a bedroom, the room only had 1-20” TV with no channels(much like the internet, the technician was working on it).
I understand coming out of a lockdown things won’t be perfect however, basic cleaning of the ac vents and shower mold are things that should not be overlooked.

They charged me water from minibar - there weren’t written anywhere - I thought it was complimentary.
Breakfast is the same every day. Scrambled eggs were ridiculously salty all my stay.

The location is excellent, right in front of the beach.
The rooms are old and in bad conditions for the price we paid. More like a 2-3 star hotel.

The hotel is located just few steps from the beach, which makes it a perfect spot to enjoy the sea. Restaurants, shops and historical city center are all just 10-15 minutes walk away. The breakfast was good, in a spacious room on the top floor with a nice view.
The hotel room was quite old, I hope it will be renovated soon.

Beautiful setting. The Hotel is righ on the beach all you need to do is cross the traffic free street. Main promenade with many good restaurants and bars are within walking distance. The penthouse lounge is a fantastic place to have breakfast, overlooking the beach. Excellent choice of foods and staff is most helpful.
Parking in the vicinity is only possible upon charge, the hotel has a parking garage but it's more expensive than leaving the car on the street. Entrance to the hotel is not reachable by car directly, as the road in front of the entrance is a pedestrian zone (this was not specified either on Booking or the hotel info). This meant parking around the back and walking under the rain carring both suitcases (and therefore unable to carry an umbrella). Once registered we discovered it was possible to cut through the local bar on the ground floor but, unfortunately, there is no indication outside the bar that one could spare oneself some rain by passing thorugh the premises.
