We upgraded to better unit as first choice not suitable. The upgraded room was in excellent position overlooking the lake. Bed was comfortable but electric blankets would be a plus.

The TV needs to be upgraded to Smart TV. Vanity mirror light has a blown bulb. The shower over the bath is not good for older people to climb in and out. Vehicle parking is quite a distance from unit.

Location , size of room, staff was nice, close to everything , was quiet. Views was beautiful

There was old used teabags in the kitchen when we arrived, not enough toilet roll

Set in beautiful gardens & lakeside & very conveniently located to most wineries. Reception staff were friendly & helpful. It was quiet during our mid-week getaway & we were able to walk to restaurants & bars which was an advantage to us.

Good location but you could see headlights all night from the bedroom

There is no indication upon booking the room we did that it would be joining directly to another room with only a door in between Meaning each night we could hear another couples full conversation and talking till midnight- this should be on the booking or given a choice. For over 200 a night for a room we were not told someone else would be literally next to the wall and be able to completely hear them ! Very disappointed and staff didn’t seem to bat an eyelid or care. Just said she’d talk to the manager but never said anything to follow up.

No room service, which was not mentioned when we booked. Dirty room and terrace full of spiders webs and old cigarette butts. Unpleasant and uninterested staff.

Great location, great set up and facilities- highly recommended.
