The room was clean and had everything I needed. The mini bar fridge allowed me to store a few drinks and snack, the kitchenette was well equipped although I didn’t really need to use it. The central location saw me walk down to the waterfront every night and enjoy a lovely meal.
Bathroom was modern with good water pressure and a heater for those chilli mornings.
A had a lake view room with a balcony so made the most of it but enjoying a sunset drink out there most evenings, but was lovely just to be able to air out the room every day.
Ideal accommodation for a solo traveller or couple.

Room was impeccably clean and tidy. Lovely to arrive to a room with the heating on given it was pretty cold outside
Arrived late and unfortunately key had not been left in the after hours check in box. The spare key in the lock box also didn't work but there's a phone to call through which was answered promptly and they made their way over with a key within about 10mins so not really an issue in the end.

Handy to town - didn’t need to use the car at all.
The blind had its issues - that meant we left it down but couldn’t soak in the beautiful view. This issue was being resolved.

the location is fantastic, easy to find and verrrrrry close to town center. lovely burgers and gelato are just down stairs. Staffs are absolutely amazing and kind, reply in time even in late evening ;))))
everything is good!!!!! gotta choose this lodge again if I back to Queenstown in the future;)

Lomond Lodge is one of the favourite places I’ve ever stayed! The rooms were exactly as pictures and described and were extremely comfortable. I loved having a little kitchenette and the waterfall shower was fabulous. The smart TV was great and I enjoyed having my own door into the small garden seating area which has amazing views. The location was out of this world good! Less than a few minutes away from everything. The staff were great and helpful for anything I needed and were so friendly, they really added to the stay and the area was nice and quiet. I also enjoyed the use of the laundry facilities which were cheap. Can not recommend high enough!

No normal TV channels. Only apps and streaming services. Was slow, intermittent and difficult to use.

Perfectly clean, well looked after. Looks like the pictures, bathroom nice, handy kitchen area. Nice view from the window. Cleanliness and a nice room is super important so this place met my expectations.
The bed was extremely soft. I think a firmer mattress would suit guests better.
I assumed the coffee would be replaced when you stayed more than one night, but the staff didn't seem to think so and I felt very uncomfortable when I asked. They did access the room and leave more while I was out though.
I thought the staff would be family members but they just seemed to be young hired staff so it wasn't as warm a welcome as I was expecting ... just regular normal service.
The room I used leads directly to the street from outside stairs so I wondered how safe it was.
When closing the door it wasn't possible to close the curtain fully so it was possible to see inside the room from the top of the steps.
It's a 5 to 10 minute hike up the hill from centre of town.
It's a bit expensive but so seems to be many places in Queenstown.

Shower was wonderful, nice shampoo/conditioner, bed was comfortable, great location, easy to walk to all the restaurants and shops, quiet, even over NYE. Easy late check in and early check out
