the front desk is very accommodating and super helpful! I left my phone card in the room and called back to look for it. The lady went out of her way to help. We highly recommend the hotel!

Lights in the corredor are very strong and light up the room every time the door was open, so during night and with a kid it was not convenient at all.

Central location great breakfast and very nice welcoming lobby. Snall balcony, so big doorway for fresh air.

Bedroom and bathroom on the small side. No good place to park a big suitcase. We had to move the bed a little, but then one of us had to climb over the bed to get to the bathroom. We had view off a wall, but we didn't mind.

The breakfast was very good. The restaurant was not open in the evening. The hotel had a very central location. Only a few minutes walk to the nearest restaurants. The famous restaurant "Bryggeri kjelleren ". Only four minutes away. Everybody visiting Lillehammer should try that restaurant.

The glas wall between the shower and the bathroom, covered only half of the shower room. The whole floor was covered by water, when you had a shower.

9.30 am and the breakfast was really dryied out.

The beds. The false advertisment and hotel tryi g go charge me for a room I didn't sleep in

Great location. Amaizing breakfast. Games for the kids in the lobby. Free ice cream for the kids :) Nice room.

Really small room for 4 person. Once the wall beds are out you can barrely pass to get to the bed.

Everything is good.

But the problem in the bed. 1 double bed is not good one tall and one short. And another problem 2 bunk beds, I have get just only 1 single bed.

The receptionist didnt seem to like her job much. She was a little surly. The room was very warm and there is no ac. Windows don't open very much so no way to cool it down.
