Great location, next to the fair. Good breakfast and coffee too. Room.is cleaned every day.

There is no free parking for such a big hotel They took me deposit in advance The staff not very polite.

to far away from the city, no garage , unmotivated waitress at the diner, no book about the hotel to get a quick overview, no feeling to be really at home

The beds are the best. I slept like a baby. so so comfy. We would have taken the mattress with us if we could have. Breakfast was great and the place is clean and spotless throughout!

It was quite basic. not much in the way of an atmosphere. perhaps some soft music or artwork would make the hotel better. hard to describe but it was generally stark. even the bar area was very plain and not in a relaxing way.

Breakfast was nice and vast spread for a good start of the day. Location is remote if u r not visiting Milan fair. Best location for Milan fair. Staff was good. Rooms were descent and clean. Very near to Highway.

The personnel is slow and not very helpful, the lifts are poorly organised for a 17 story-building (it is impossible to go from the 11th floor upwards towards the fitness or the lounge unless by accident an elevator stops at your floor) and when you thre it is just to find out you have to go down to activate your key (unimaginable no ?), you have to call for the wifi access password (it's not a given), and they did not manage to put our family in the same building. PS: the room is quite cold

Wifi was broken for two days. Hotel room corridors need renovation.

Location for the Milan motorcycle show. Great breakfast and lovely staff.

The hotel is right next to the RHO Fierra exhibition centre, which is why we stayed there, and that is the main advantage. You can walk into the south gate in a few minutes. Most of the staff were pleasant too. The beds were comfortable. There was a good choice at breakfast.

The restaurant and bar were not great, and because there were no other options nearby, this was a problem. The food in the restaurant was average, and arrived cold. The staff were lovely, but over burdened. The bar was a walkway between reception and the lifts so not designed for relaxing. Someone was smoking nearby, maybe outside, so the bar smelt of smoke. There were no coffee and tea making facilities in our room, and the bar didn't serve hot drinks. Breakfast had a good choice but the hot food was lukewarm. and we couldn't eat it. Generally the hotel had a utilitarian feel, and we didn't think it was worth the price. If we went to a show at the RHO Ferria again, we would stay in central Milan and use public transport. It's only about 35 minutes on the metro from the city centre.
