came late in the night to crash in after a bad day. Baby bed was confirmed by the reservation, reconfirmed at the check in and 40 min later after asking about the not coming baby bed they told us they don't have any left !There was no time, no power, the child already in his PJ and crying to get into bed !! I felt i was cornered and left with no option, staff response was they can give another room for my child so he can sleep alone !!

Room absolutely reeked of cigarette smoke, it was disgusting. Rooms were incredibly outdated with yellowed wood and a green sink. Desperately needs a refit. They hadn't fitted anything to hold the shower gel, just balanced it on the shower bar. The shower was just a trickle and the flow very close to the wall so hard to get under. The mattresses were hard. They only provide one pillow on the bed each. The traffic was very noisy and some metal blinds outside the window were noisy with the rain hitting them.

Staff are really great - especially the gent who checked us in and later took our payment. Location is really good as well - great little bakery and a sushi place around the corner. Parking is reasonable.

Location is great, but it not ideal having to choose between a quiet night's sleep or a comfortable temperature - the AC didn't seem to work very well, and the windows can open but then it's really noisy.

This facility I have used for years. Always the quality of service is good and I never have been disappointed. The location is excellent close to every major sight seen landmark of the city. the staff was very friendly and cooperative. The parking is a nice option for those visiting the city by car. The hotel is also 300 m far from Central railway station.

There is a only one lift in facility which sometimes is inconvenient and it is narrow. It could accommodate only two persons with the their bags.

Lack of nearby free parking facilities they were difficult to find. Room itself outdated. Lack of interior design skills. Television very slow between channel changes. All rooms themselves quite tiny in layout. Typical business hotel lacking character.

Tiny room, dark, basic. Very tired looking.

The location is great, just 5 min walk to the cathedral. Bed was comfortable and the room was clean.

I found the breakfast for 13€ very poor, the vegetables were just a few tomatoes and pickles. I am vegan and there was no choice of milk or yoghurt. I only had bread with butter and black coffee.
