Family resort, within a safe gated community. 3 pools,plenty of pool chairs.Acess to beach.4 Restaurants on site, pool bar, go karts, casino,tennis,pickle ball and golf course.Happy hour and breakfast daily.Staff were very attentive and satisfied with their hospitality employment.Which showed, from William at the front desk, Miguel at the pool bar,Jack (the master Ouellette maker) to Nancy at breakfast.Superb customer service.
Hot tub/Jacuzzi not operable during our stay.Hotel can benefit from a major renovation. It is outdated.Daily charge for parking.

Me gustó todo
Que no me explicaron lo de los ticket que entregaron en la llegada, solo utilicé dos y dejé otros para el día siguiente y no eran validados ya que tenía que usarlos el mismo día y no me lo explicaron así.

Me gustó el área de la piscina!
El hotel por dentro muy lindo muy tropical.
El área de la piscina sucia. cuarto merecen remodelacion. Para ir a la playa necesita la llave del cuarto y no la tuve hasta las 4pm. Poco personal afuera del área de piscina.

Piscina amplia y fácil acceso a la playa
Se tardaron demasiado en entregar la habitación. El check in es a las 4:00 pm y me entregaron la habitación a las 7:40 pm. Con la excusa de que es temporada alta. Pero no me recompensaron el tiempo en el check out.

The breakfast was not what was advertised I expected more variety it was advertise cook to order breakfast that was not cook to order and it was not a wide selection of friuts. The location was peaceful and quiet everthing was so far away could not not get an uber to ome there and the taxi was too expesive to take you any where.

I really appreciate how they handled a situation that I had with me and my daughter’s steak dinner’s they care about the customers and like to see them happy and satisfied
The 20$ refill cups need to have a station setup positioned at the front desk so that it can be accessed all the time

Hotel store could of been open more hours closed on Saturday was a little annoying
Room was big and spacious can be updated but we were there more for the pools and the ocean and that definitely succeeded.
Had a pleasant stay would definitely go again.

There were a lot of dining options. Breakfast was ok, can be improved tho.
The sofa pull out was really uncomfortable. Also we were late to checkin due to flight delays but ended up being charged 453.00$ for the night. We check in at 2:00 am. So really think this is too steep.
Bathrooms need an upgrade. Basically the stay was too expensive for the property as it seems dated/old and in need of an update.

Las habitaciones son cómodas y bien dotadas, la playa es pequeña pero preciosa, el desayuno es delicioso y generoso.
La ubicación es un poco retirada, pero en carro los mall están a 20 min. Y hay muchos restaurantes buenos cerca.
El personal es muy amable y atento a ayudar. Pasamos unos días inolvidables.
Solo un detalle, las habitaciones aún están entapetadas.

La location estaba bien y la cama era cómoda
Había cucarachas en el apartamento. Matábamos las que podíamos y tiramos al retrete. Una cosa indecente!

Beach front and social hour
Small beds, slow housekeeping. No towels, toilet paper, tissues or trash bags replaced..kept having to request them. Not enough outdoor seating by the pool not enough indoor seating for breakfast.

I loved the beautiful views I loved that you had a bar right by the pool and from the pool you could go straight to the beach
A lot of things the ceiling in our room was leaking the food and drinks weren't a big selection it was good but a little over priced you do have a Chinese restaurant & a steakhouse with a casino across the street but the resort is pretty boring there's no actual activities or shows going on it's more so a place for you to eat drink & lay around doing nothing

Everything was very clean and accessible. The employees were very helpful and friendly.
Lack of room service, rooms weren’t cleaned daily nor there weren’t clean towels daily we had to use same towels for the whole stay.

I thought the accomodation in general was a little 'tired' and in need of upgrading. We booked the accommodation as 'pet friendly' but disappointed with restrictions advised.
