Staff are very friendly and helpful. They were able to advise us when we needed directions. The cleaning staff are amazing! Efficient, and very thorough.
The shower was great! Powerful and roomy, and also a place for all our things, which is unusual.
The pillows were very flat. I wished I had taken my own.

The cleanliness wasn't that good. There was mole on the bathroom's wall.

The Hotel was in a great location and the beds were really comfortable. The decor in the hotel was clean but very tired looking. The main carpets in the hall and stairways was old and worn which at first glance didn't give a great impression. The staff were most helpful and couldn't do enough. I would stay here again only this time I'd know what to expect.
