It was a fantastic stay from A to Z! I wouldn't want to miss a minute of it. It is extremely clean, the rooms are spacious, the food and drink is fabulous. From the porter, receptionist to the waiter, everyone is extremely accommodating and you really feel like you are in good hands. The magnificent view of the sea and the harbour immediately gives you a feeling of relaxation. The spa is very nice. The fitness is great! The best hotel breakfast I've ever had by a huge margin. The hotel has its price, but is worth every cent. We will definitely come again. Everyone should experience this customer-friendly service. Thank you for making this possible.

-Nous n'avons pas eu de télévision pendant tout le séjour (3nuits). -Il fallait faire la queue pour le petit déjeuner pendant 30/45min. -Aucune installation n'était prévue pour suivre l'America's Cup (but principal de notre visite á Barcelone et dans cet hotel situé en face du champ de course)), alors que sa situation en faisait le point le plus attrayant pour voir la course. -La décoration de couloirs menant aux chambre est triste et ressemble à un hôpital. aucune decoración (de nombreux jeunes artistes de Barcelone seraient près à fournir à très faible coût, sculptures , tableaux et décorations) ni fleurs. Pathétiquement triste.

Ingen alternativer med glutenfritt ved frokost . Kun Micro baguetter som var harde og ikke spiselig . Det var også fryktelig kaldt i frokost salen..(oct) Prøvde topp etasjen , nuxe resturang . Altfor kaldt i rommet og dyrt og ikke noe ekstraordinært med maten. Prøvde også den peruanske , dyrt og heller ikke denne med noe imponerende mat. Fin Str på rommet men med bad på rommet oG toalett med glassdør gav det ingen privatliv. Man må også legge igjen et relativt høyt depositum ved innsjekk, og det er etter rommet er betalt

der Lavabo im Zimmer ist leider nur sehr schlecht abgeflossen, ebenfalls scheint in der Dusche der Boden nicht ordnungsgemäß zu funktionieren, ausgeglichen zu sein, da man nach jeder dusche ein geflutetes Zimmer hat, schade um die schönen Möbel, welche in Mitleidenschaft gezogen werden

Our suite was amazing. The staff was super attentive and accommodating. The restaurants in the hotel were exceptional. We loved our stay here.

The pool party music was awful and so loud it took over the entire area. It was a lot to take for guests who were not interested.

Had lots of items on the bill at the end that didn’t belong to us, room wasn’t fully clean and we mentioned it and no one came up to see us. Poor customer service

We loved absolutely everything. The whole experince was more than great and will definitely come back to stay for more days.

The taste of food wasn't the best. it needed much more taste and salt, although the quality of the food is great but the it wasn't savory and tasty.

Big hotel with nice pool

Everything else was bad The room maintenant is the worse I have seen. The bath was leaking to the point that they had to find us another room. The service in the hotel suffers from pool service and a lack of personnel. Réception talked ages to give service because of a very long queue all the time. Breakfast is always fully crowded and waiters are gasping for air to serve everyone. The quality of the breakfast food is poor comparing other hotels in the same price.

Amazing view, fantastic food by the pool, wonderful restaurants and very spacious rooms. The location is probably one of the best in Barcelona. Very close to all main attractions plus located just by the beach and only 30 min from the BCN airport.

We had horrible problems with air-conditioning. Since it was set from some "centra hub" we had no control over the temperature in our room. When we needed to change it we had to call the reception. Almost every time we needed to change it - it was changed to a wrong temperature or would stop working all together. 2 out of 3 days we spent calling reception non stop. At one point we had a visit from the engineer every hour for almost 4 hours until 10PM. Still it was not fixed. We had to sleep in 24 degrees. This was a huge disappointment and for that reason I would not recommend this hotel.

Das Hotel ist SUPER. Die Zimmer (Blick) sind fantastisch. Das Personal super. Leider sind die Zimmer in die Jahre gekommen, Teppich, Bett, Ausstattung, Silikon, WC usw. für das Geld nicht wert. Ausblick einmalig udn fantastisch! Frühstück, Essen im Restaurant, Fire Restaurant sowie oben einfach super schön... super Küche!
