The Crowne plaza location was perfect. The parking was great and the staff were very friendly and extremely helpful.

We come here 3 or 4 times a year, by the water, close to museums and shops. An accessible swimming pool. Clean rooms, great food, great staff .

The reception looked really nice and the staff were lovely, couldn't fault the staff.

For the price I expected more from the room. Tea coffee was very limited. The bathroom was very tired, mastic round the tap, stained bath and the back of the bathroom door looked like someone had taken a saw to it. Just not what I expected for the price and the hotel name. On the plus side the room smelt really nice.

Perfect location for the cruise terminal. Staff are always so nice and friendly in Liverpool Crowne Plaza. Breakfast was lovely and plenty of choice.

The staff, as ever, are brilliant. They still have Frank, the concierge. Not many hotels have that now. There's a nice vibe to the place, it's welcoming, kind of homely. And you can see the two Liver Birds through the glass atrium roof.

Certain details, like at breakfast, the sausages were hard, dry and inedable. The bagel was stale. Some of the apples were wrinkled and far from fresh. There was a very dark/black banana sitting atop the fruit bowl which should have been thrown out days ago. So I ate a lot of bacon that morning which was nice bacon. Seems a false economy, keeping out of date stale produce in the hope that someone will eat it. Easy to fix, don't allow out of date produce and get someone to do something about it, there's enough staff there. I'd go back again though.

Excellent breakfast, brilliant location for seeing the various sights. We abandoned our car in your car park for most of our stay as the City Centre, museums, restaurants etc were all accessible on foot

This is not a grumble but we could not get BBC1 on our TV and asked at reception to be told that the Tv system was old. We do like to catch up with the news and in most hotels in which we stay there is a good mix of channels including BBC. That said we were there to see Liverpool and therefore the above was not a problem but I can imagine some who watch more TV being unhappy about the old TV system.

For some odd reason, tv would only show BBC channels, which was a bit crap. I did ask the concierge but was told that was all the tv’s would show 🤷🏼‍♂️

Booked for one night for a concert at Anfield with the guarantee of a car park space a big attraction. This meant on arrival we did not need to find a safe NCP which was great. Arrived early but Leah on reception was brilliant, managed to check us in early and also gave advice re Taxi and timings for later. A real credit to the IHG Team and customer service and a smile are so great to see. Lunch was also very good and all staff worked hard and were attentive and same for Breakfast. So, with limited time at the Hotel, every interaction was class. Thank you

Poor shower, no room fridge, sons girlfiend phoned hotel prior to our visit tp pay for a bottle of wine or fizz n card to be in our room on arrival as we were visiting liverpool for special occasion we got t card but no bottle i mentioned it at reception n on return to our room later still nothing dissapointing staff never even came back to me with explanation!

Excellent location, right next to the Liver building and a fantastic base for exploring the city. Also parking was very useful and all in all a reasonable price.

El personal es excelente el señor que te recibe un placer, John nos asesoro en todo momento igual que la recepcionista. Un hotel grande pero muy familiar y comodo.

Great location 5 minute walk from Royal Albert merseyside restaurants and 10 min walk from shopping center and town center, in quieter area with two bars/restarants by the water. Club Room provided happy hour 5-7, food ok but not great.

Bed was a little soft. Room very warm.
