Amazing mountain view from the room with Balcony. Good breakfast. Free parking. Cater for late check in.

Beautiful location, big restaurant inside, good lavish breakfast, supportive staff, big rooms, lot of parking space, space for outdoor activities, no neighbour building, lot of other restaurants walkable and very affordable .. Overall excellent place to stay.

We booked a triple room and it was quite spacious with a big bathroom. Great location, close to the lake. Staff was very helpful and friendly and food at the hotel restaurant really tasty.

My folks stayed in a standard double and complained the bathroom was very small. They were also woken by party goers two night in a row.

The Hotel was very nice. The bedroom was ok. The view from the balcony was beautiful. The dinner was excellent and the breakfast buffet was good too .

Unfortunately the people and the location are the only good things about this hotel.

We can see many corners have been cut in the facilities right from cleanliness ( found spiders in the room), amenities in the bathroom. The hotel itself is very old. Breakfast too was poor.

Bathrooms were a little dirty. Poor internet in the building we were in. Was surprised by some hidden fees that were not explained during checkin or during my initial reservations.

Staff were nice, room was clean and breakfast plentiful. We also really liked that the hotel is in a very quiet location, offering also beautiful views of the mountains.

The furniture in our room was pretty old, but that wasn't such a big issue for us.

Nothing to complain about it

The location is incredible with stunning views of the surrounding mountains. The staff are very nice and we loved the restaurant and the vegan options at breakfast.

The decor is a little outdated but it didn't really bother us. We felt it added to the charm of the place. Think Austrian country style rather than high end and modern.

Perfect location, close to Königssee and Eagle’s Nest. Isolated from the rest of the town, it is very quietand good for relaxing. Nice breakfast, as well as the dinner in the hotel terrace

The breakfast included is really good, you have different options to choose. The room was small but it has a small balcony with a nice view of the mountains.

The location was difficult to find with the car GPS, but it is nice that is a little outside the city. However, for visitors without a car will be difficult to reach it.
