It is very beautiful hotel, good location, but!!! I was really chocked by Javien Glonde, the disgusting guy, who worked during the night on the check in. The people like he is , can’t work in a such beautiful and luxury hotel! His welcoming to the hotel was awfull!!! He is not “ professional “ at all, he even can’t understand how not only to work with people but even how to work with booking system and he is not competent at all!!! I and my husband came late at night, very tired, he was looking for our reservation for such a long time ( but the reservation was already paid by my credit card), I explain that we parked the car in front of the hotel and need smb to take our luggage and park our car, but may be is not well educated or perhaps he can’t speak good English he began to cry that police will come to arrest our car, I explained him again that we just need voulet parking and can he ask smb to do it as soon as possible …, but instead of this he began to propose me breakfast explaining that I should take this breakfast now, because after it would be 5-10 euro expensive…. I was very unusual for me… After he washed to show him my credit card,( but my room was already paid by my credit card) I explained him that I do not have it physically , only on my phone and I can give him cash money for deposit Or may be your service park my car and bring my bag where I have my credit card! But he began to cry that he needed NoW my credit card physically and if I don’t have it he will cancel my reservation!!! I really was chocked by this unbehaviour and impolite man …. Beso Beach ( servicio y comida impresentables )Reservamos el primer día y cancelamos los 2 siguientes tras la experiencia. Limpieza: La habitación la dejamos a las 9:00 indicando que se podía hacer y a las 17:00 continuaba sin limpiar. Las excusas que nos dio el personal de recepción decepcionantes; impropias de un hotel como el suyo y de la propia marca. El Roof: nos tomamos los peores Margarita y whisky sour de nuestra vida. No pueden cobrar los cócteles a precio de profesional si los hace alguien que no lo es. Piscina: Las tumbonas están excesivamente juntas por no decir hacinadas. Nos falta que nos pongan unos encima de otros. El restaurante: Mediocre y eso que tomamos 2 ensaladas.

No hay piscina cubierta y servicios de tratamientos muy escasos.

The concierge, Luis, was very friendly and helpful with recommendations for restaurants and securing reservations at the hotel pool and rooftop patio.

The hotel wasn't staffed for their poolside and rooftop patio services due to the "off-season". As a guest at an oceanside resort hotel, if I am staying their, it's the right "season" to staff the hotel amenities that drew me to your property.
