The opening time of the pool is really late. It was 11am and 12am when we were there. I can’t do a morning swim before I start my day.

Bar closings at 11 We didn’t like a swim pool and never went to swim. There is very sad pace This Town Noise le Grand. Hotel is ok but a place is sad🙁

It was comfy and clean. Fresh water to refill your bottle to drink water in hallway of rooms.

Staff could have been more attentive. There was bacon for breakfast on first day and none on 2nd and 3rd day staff say they need to order some in. They should know when stock is low to order before it runs out. Outdoor pool water is cold and the hotel is 4 star inside but not on the outside it’s run down looking, could do with an improvement.

We visit this hotel many times in the past due to the face of our work. Last 2-3 years we were very disappointed. I am happy to find out that they managed to bring back the good services they offered in the past. Clean rooms, good breakfast, friendly staff. Keep up the good work.

Only positive train station across the road in shopping center with direct service to paris city or disneyland

We booked 2 adjoining triple rooms the didn't give us them and also didn't supply bedding for the sofa beds and also rooms where very cold even when turned thermostat to 30c still didn't warm up when I told a woman at reception she was very rude and said the manager wasn't in until Monday so nothing she could do as this was Saturday morning over all very bad experience I wish I could say what I really thought of the receptionist but on here unfortunately not

The room was of reasonable size, and the bed was comfortable. Breakfast was very satisfying. A very clean hotel.

Not being able to order a taxi when needed, and not having enough staff at reception to cope with all requests and check in. Maintenance was poor. I reported that the fridge in our room was out of order, and kept reminding the reception of the problem without response. It remained out of order even though we stayed for 3 nights.

The hotel was close to the public transports. We could reach Paris centre in 30 minutes. The parking is secure and indoor. The safe is large enough for a surface laptop. The comfort is very good. Thank you.

The location was okay as the train station is about 10mins walk from the hotel which is a direct train to disneyland. Helpful staff as well.

The hotel didn't have variety of breakfast menu. The available breakfast was poor and cold. Small breakfast area as well. The swimming pool facility was not in use though this wasn't stated as at when the booking was made. The room seemed dusty and wasn't properly cleaned. We booked the hotel for 7 nights but reduced it as it wasn't worth staying in the hotel for 7 nights. Spoke with the manager but didn't get 100% refund back. Would have expected a better experience from such a brand as Novotel.

Good location for the RER A to get into the city, AND Disney. Lovely helpful staff, comfortable beds, tea and coffee making facilities, and a good shower. The filtered water dispensers on each floor were a nice touch.

There wasn’t much variety at breakfast, and it was hard to get coffee as there was always a massive queue for the machine!

The location of the hotel is ideal as is it between Paris Attractions and Disneyland. We are a family of 2 kids enjoyed the stay here. only disadvantage is that Breakfast on weekdays closes at 9am and during weekends closes at 10am. other than that the staff were friendly and guided us on the day one to the metro station through the mall which was good. Kids enjoyed the stay here as we travelled 2 days to paris city center with eiffel tower and 2 days to disneyland.
