The location, the friendly staff, good service, even the housekeepers are very nice and the Yamm Cusine so many variety of foods, the most is the wifi buddy that can bring with you out. So happy to have that kind of service of a hotel. Thank you!

room size. very nice design for a couple. great for intimacy, staff were very honest and helpful. very polite as well. place looks very fancy. the lighting was also very cool. All toiletries were provided.

superb location and great room and fantastic breakfast! I enjoyed my stay with The Mira Hong Kong and will definitely go back to this hotel again.

I stayed here after my 3 days of compulsory quarantine stay upon arrival to HK. They accepted me, just saying that I could not visit breakfast, restaurants, the pool, but that was fine. The room was quite comfortable, with tea and coffee amenities, working desk, well equipped bathroom.

Poor acoustic isolation between the room. I could hear neighbor's TV in the night.

Great location at the busiest commercial area, but room is clean and quiet.

Breakfast is not cheap but not many options, doesn’t feel worth it. Facilities are a bit old, the bathroom has bad smells.

Inside of cabinets, upper part of curtains, above of toilet (where pack of sanitary bag is placed) is very dusty.

Love the WIFI Dongle provided by Hotel and the pillow choices.

Great location and room are very clean. Breakfast and meals are all done out side so no comments. Staffs are very kind and whenever I ask for any service or request for anythings, all are fullfilled.

The worst thing is that the wardrobe. It can say no wardrobe at all. The actual wardrobe was blocked by some plywood or partition and only about a 6 inches space left for hanging my cloths. Most of my clothings was left inside my luggage and no iron and board provided.

My first stay was about 10 years ago, they manage to maintain the cleanliness up to the excellent standard and was like new. A unlimited high speed internet wireless router is ready for you to bring alone during your stay in HK. Wonderful staff and the location is closed to all food and shopping area.

Staff were nice

Dining menu room service was expensive, and I could hear the neighbours sneezing or talking, and any noise out on the street. I'm lucky I was tired and slept through it.
