Slightly older so it felt a little bit dated, but we could cope with that given it's in such a good area and larger room.

聽說早餐不錯，但此行沒有用早餐。 地點很不錯，要去維多莉亞港步行可到，旁邊就是地鐵站出入口，交通便利，7-11也在旁邊，半夜想吃點什麼都很方便。 床軟硬適中，算是還蠻好睡的。 可助六人的房間算是少見，但很舒服。兩個大人睡一張床也不算擁擠。

枕頭太軟沒有支撐力，睡下去會整個塌陷，導致晚上會打呼。 冰箱不夠冷，會擔心買牛奶不夠冰會壞掉。

It was the perfect location to easily move and get around HK! We were taken cared by the staff from the conceirge to the housekeeping, Wen Xiau Tuan. WE love her and she made our room always clean and smelling good with a sweet touch of honey everyday. We would surely visit again and stay at Holiday Inn Golden Mile. Thank you so much and we really appreciate the excellence in your service ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

This hotel was in a good area. The bistro and bar were good, and the rooms were comfortable.

It needs some modernizing. It looks tired and out of date.

Aamiainen oli hyvä ja monipuolinen. Hotellin sijainti oli erittäin hyvä. Hyvät liikenneyhteydet lähellä ja paljon kauppoja. Huone oli tilava. Hotelli tarjosi joka päivä riittävästi pullotettua vettä huoneisiin.

Hotellin sisustus oli hieman vanhentunut ja näkymä ikkunasta oli hyvin epäsiisti. Huoneessa haisi voimakas pesuaineen tuoksu jolla mahdollisesti peiteltiin kosteuden aiheuttamia vahinkoja.

酒店服务态度很差，基础设施也很一般，房间灯光昏暗，卫生间打扫也不干净。

the front desk collected my deposit and said come back 3pm. if there is no room when i come check in 1.30pm, just tell me. why collect my deposit and tell me later there is no room !! this is lousy service. the front desk is call yang.

Location. It was just a few steps to the mtr station at TST.

The table lamp toppled over as the bedside aircon and light switches were placed BEHIND the lamp. Which is a silly arrangement. So to access the switches and the phone, you had to move the lamp. So the lamp toppled and broke. We realised that Holiday Inn bought their lamps from IKEA, as it had a IKEA sticker on the underside of the lamp. What we were upset about was that the hotel wanted to charge us HK$1000 for that lamp. Retail price for the exact same lamp on the Ikea website is HK$479. Basically, it felt as if the hotel was trying to rip us off by charging us more than double the price. For a big hotel chain, like the Holiday Inn, it really was not a good impression and left a poor after taste. We refused to pay for the lamp as we felt the hotel was taking advantage of an accident to make us pay double for and honestly, it’s such a poor set up at the bedside table. Breakfast had a good selection, but was not high quality. Coffee machine didn’t work 4 out of the 5 days we stayed.
