The accommodation was outstanding in every sense. Comfort, location, room, lobby, staff , I could just go on and on!
Could not locate the hotel parking garage. Roads were extremely busy and lots of pedestrians. I even think google maps got confused! Found a city parking garage for the overnight stay. Only 13 euros, pleasantly surprised.

Location was excellent, Room was adequate, bathroom was very clinical and difficult to keep dry and there was nowhere to hang towels where they would dry properly. The smart TV was not capable of using Netflix or any other streaming platform that are commonly used in other hotels around the world. The staff were very good, especially the Nigerian lady who cleaned the rooms, apologies I do not know her name. The reception, breakfast, and car parking was great, although the instructions to locate the car park were unspecific.

O quarto é muito bom. A localização é excelentes. Os funcionários são atenciosos. Tudo funcionou bem, inclusive o estacionamento que para um hotel bem no centro é dificil encontrar.

Vor allem die exzellente Lage und die Tiefgarage am Hotel. Das Personal ist sehr freundlich. Mir gefällt auch die kleine Bar, und die Betten waren sehr bequem.
Die Zimmer sind sehr klein. Aber für eine Nacht ist das okay

Loved the lighting in my room particularly the reading light. Fabulous shower. Lots of towels. Bed and pillows comfortable. Breakfast incredible.
The car park. I hit my car on one of the pillars. But you can’t do anything about the car park. I appreciated being able to park at the hotel. Didn’t like the lift. One was out of order and it was ages waiting for the other which kept going to other floors.

A great location in the heart of Rouen. A little tricky to find the correct roads to follow to access the hotel’s parking. Very comfortable stay and the food in the restaurant was wonderful.

The efficiency and friendliness of the staff was very much appreciated. We were fascinated at being told that the three steps up to the bar/breakfast are were covered by a lift, when none was obvious. We were then very surprised to watch a lift rise from the floor - we had only ever seen.one before and quite forgotten what fun it was!
The wet room was much appreciated too.
The cobbles in town (we know thats not your responsibility) No information about the use and codes of the 'Borne.

Absolutely perfect location in the centre of Rouen. The room was very spacious, everything was top quality. Very quiet hotel too even though it's about 100 yards from the cathedral! Relax atmosphere and the staff is always there for you. The fabulous breakfast is well worth the money, you could even argue that it will save you money as you will feel so full you won't need to eat before the evening!

Nice breakfast. Underground parkong was available during our stay. Very helpfull staff members. Hotel is right at the old city centre and close to all nearby tourist places and despite this no outside noice that would disturb your sleep.
Room was too dark due to small windows and the smell wasn't really fresh.
