Hotel lag direct aan centrumring waardoor alle bezienswaardigheden in het centrum (noordelijk deel van Parijs centrum) vlot bereikbaar waren met metro (lijn 4) en tram. Het personeel was zeer behulpzaam, kamers waren voldoende groot en netjes. Leuk hotel voor een citytrip ;)

Bij het ontbijt had ons gezelschap de indruk dat het roerei niet goed gebakken was... misschien een kwestie van persoonlijke smaak. Voor de rest was het ontbijt wel in orde.

Parken: An der Einfahrt zum Parkplatz ist nicht genügend Platz für ein SUV-Auto Das WLAN war sehr schlecht Man kann die Fenster nicht öffnen, weil sie blockiert sind. Ich wollte das Zimmer lüften und die Fenster waren blockiert Das Hotelrestaurant hatte sehr schlechtes Essen Das Frühstück war sehr wenig Essen und jeden Tag das gleiche Essen Das Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis beträgt maximal zweieinhalb Sterne, bei der Booking sind es jedoch 4 Sterne

Breakfast was good.

AC wasnt working properly while Europe was experiencing the hottest summer. We stayed there 4 days and it was very uncomfortable to sleep during night. There was no shampoo or Soap after day 2, we stayed for 4 days. Room service is non existent, room wasnt cleaned properly, no refil of necessary item. On day 1 we didn't recwive coffee cups in the room, had to go to the reception to ask for it. When we went to reception on day 3 after discovering that room service didn't refill our soap, we went to the reception and was given a body lotion, the guy on the reception said that we can use that as a soap as apparently it is the same!! Also advised us that we need to let them know for any soap refil by 5 pm as after that time room service isn't available. Strange logic, I couldn't understand why would I have to ask for it? Isn't it the job of room service to check these on a daily basis while they clean the room?? Also how does the hotel expects tourists to be in the hotel by 5 pm to avail room service facilities.

Lovely well equipped room. The shower room and toilet were both tiny and a bit awkward to access. A single bathroom probably would have made it more comfortable. The positives: The bar is nice and the staff are friendly. The room is large and well equipped and the hotel is modern and comfortable

A few of the negatives: The setting on the Air con was fixed at 18 degrees and it was too warm in the room. There was no milk provided with the tea/coffee facilities and we had to keep going down to the bar if we wanted milk. Although the room was set up for three people, only two towels were ever left and we had to constantly request another set.

Zajtrk je bil raznolik in okusen. Malenkost gneče zaradi prazničnih dni, a se osebje trudi s pospravljanjem miz in novimi pogrinjki. Izredno prijazno in uslužno osebje po celotnem hotelu. Bližina metroja in dobra dostopnost v Pariz.
