Bon petit déjeuner, repas du soir très bon. Piscine agréable et parc arboré avec aire de jeu pour enfants. Il est possible de pic niquer dans les espaces vert car des tables sont mises à disposition

Prima overnachtingshotel voor een door reis. Kamers wat je kan verwachten, iets verouderd, maar prima te doen. Leuk kinderhoekje in de lobby.

Personeel was niet echt gastvrij. Ontvangst bij de check in was niet heel warm, onze kinderen waren aan het spelen in de klaar gezette kerstopstelling met stoel en boom, en daar kwam iemand sjagerijnig een schaal met kerstballen weghalen, waarschijnlijk in de angst dat iets kapot zou gaan. Ook spreken ze slecht engels. Bij het ontbijt soort van genegeerd als we een vraag in het slechte engels in eerste instantie niet goed begrepen.

Parking has plenty of spaces and is conveniently located just outside the main entrance on the ground floor. Breakfast was very good with plenty of choice. Located just off the motorway (2 minutes by car). Plenty of green space outside with a pool and table tennis table. Indoor free table football (although with a cork ball for some reason!) Dinner is of good quality.

Dinner was a bit expensive.

Pool was amazing as well as the surrounding garden! Volleyball, table tennis, sandpit for the children! Big supermarket and French boulangerie just across the road. Outlet shopping center in walking istance as well as a nice park with a lake and a playground plus just off the motorway. Perfect stopover for us!

The hotel is very comfortable. It has an open bar area and a restaurant area. The staff were accommodating and friendly. We sat in the bar area and had a lovely meal in the restaurant with very nice wine. Our room was a superior double. It was a good size with a mini fridge and a lovely shower room. There were two doors separating the toilet from the bedroom which was good. Downstairs they have a water dispenser which is great for fresh cold water when you need it. They even sell stainless steel bottles for you to use. The pool looked good but we didn’t have time to use it.

There was a strange smell, possibly drains, in the room. We had to keep the window wide open, then we didn’t notice it.

The vegetarian burger was pretty good. I asked for a baby cod and there was one in the room ready to use. The location of the hotel is perfect when you're on the road. The hotel looked pretty good and had a welcoming atmosphere.

When we arrived with four people (2 adults, one child and one toddler) in the room that we had were only three bed made. We had to discover the bed for our daughter underneath the couch. It was not ready to use. There was no pillow. The bin around the pool was full in the evening and the following morning. A plant is hanging next to the pool, many guests hit there head on it (remove it!). I ordered a large beer (10 euros!) when we arrived ready for diner. The staff weren't welcoming and were looking angry towards us. Don't know why. I have never experienced so much resentment towards guests, anywhere! The food at the diner was less worthy of a fast food restaurant. The bread of the hamburger was the only good thing. The chicken was way to dry and the portions of the different meals were to small.

Old toilets that need an upgrade. Not such value for money I purposely booked a room with a bath for the kids an we didn’t have a bath

The pool is great for kids! My son also enjoyed the basketball hoop area and ping pong table (outside) as well as the soccer table located inside. The breakfast buffet is also great make sure to include in your booking!

We thought the room would be a bit larger and we felt pretty crammed as a family of 4. However since everything else was ok we couldn't really complain. We had a room with one big bed and a couch which folds out into a bed....We would stay again but book a larger room next time.

The beds were nice enough and it was very clean. Close to motorway and shopping facilities.

You shouldn’t expect the functioning ev charger at the property and it’s a very noisy hotel (the doors are just impossible not to slam). Breakfast service was complete chaos despite plenty of staff. Hotel was fair and listened to our complaints.

Nice staff. Enough parking. Close to the Autoroute. Room is fine, the bed too.

The food in the restaurant was not as good as I expected. There was a DJ on the terrace making a lot of noise (music).... some people liked this, but as far as I was concerned he could have stayed home.

Underwhelming experience for a Novotel. We were expecting more from the brand (and the price). Typical service station hotel. Dirty bathrooms.

Clean and spacious room for a family of 4. Comfortable beds. Breakfast delicious and varied. Location ideal to explore Merz.

Could do with a shower near the swimming pool... Swimming pool can be cleaner , need a revamp as well, quite rusty and old.
