Clean and friendly, really good value for money

staff were exceptionally helpful and friendly. The swimming pool was great for the children to relax in after a long journey. The food was very good, particularly the breakfast. An amazing choice and quality of foods.

The fact that the evening meal menu was very limited.

The hotel is not 4 star, poor breakfast and noisy corridor with doors slamming.

Noise, poor quality products for breakfast and definitely not 4 stars standard and have been charged on my card for 2 nights and 100 euro deposit and was told will receive it back straight away after check out, 2 days after I still not have access for my money and have paid for accommodation cash at check out.

The welcome by the front desk was very warm and pleasant. Very friendly staff.

Restaurant was okay but food quality could've been higher. Room was also not 100% clean.

breakfast was o.k., room was a little tired, but the heating and shower was good the evening dinner was very good and the helpful staff made our stay worthwhile,for a overnight stay it was perfect as we were travelling on, also it did have a English T.V. , channel which was appreciated as our stay was in November

First time visit to Nantes,overnight stay here on our way back to catch our Eurotunnel train. Somehow we had a "double Booking" which was professionally resolved by the Evening Reception Staff with a call to Bookings. Unfortunately we did not have enough time to ho visit Nantes itself, but we are returning next Summer 2022. We would definitely make another reservation. As it was Halloween night, we had a wonderfull evening meal in the hotel Restaurant, excellent menu and great wine. Our aroom was very comfortable, clean, and relaxing to stay overnight after a long day of driving. There were many items to keep the children of Guests preoccupied for Halloween, a nice touch. Breakfast in the morning was excellent, a great variety to choose from. Hotel astaff have to be praised in their professional assistance, every member was part of a well run Hotel Team.

Nothing negative to comment from us. We really did dnjoy our overnight stay, looking gorward to returning Summer 2022.

Comfortable room

There was a used Boyle of water in the Geiger my room in this difficult times with pandemic situation it’s not acceptable

the staff was super efficient. They were extremely polite, kind and helpful. The hotel lobby,restaurant and pool were very clean and modern. Our evening meal was copious and delicious. The car park had a gate which made us feel secure about our car as we had a lot of goods in it. We were able to bring our little bichon frise with us everywhere in the hotel which was a big plus for us.

The bedroom was not great. it was very cramp for a family room. the air con didn't really work which was not great as it was a very hot night and they were 4 of us and a small pet in a room. The carpet was shabby and needed to be changed. The bathroom was very small. The TV didn't work and the receptionist has to reset it. once that was done it worked but when we turned it off it flashed for the whole night. we couldn't turn it on in the morning. The bedroom really tarnished everything else which was superb (staff included)
