Piscine (mais on a malheureusement pas eu le temps d’en profiter)
Matelas (selon les goûts) mais un peu mou pour nous.
Le soir on est rentré tard et on a eu des difficultés à trouver une place de parking. On s’est tout de même garé sur un emplacement mais qui n’était pas une place de parking.

The room was big and comfortable. It came with a kettle which allowed us to have coffee which we took as the cost of the breakfast was extremely high.
The fire alarm rang around the hotel at 6:30am. My wife rang reception to ask if it was genuine, which it wasn't. Unfortunately, the receptionist didn't appear to be trained on how to turn the alarm off.
We ate at the restaurant. The food was very good but the service was extremely poor. I ordered a glass of wine with the dinner but it didn't come so cancelled it. However, it wasn't removed from the bill

The breakfast buffé with many choises.
Safe secured parking for our car and bicycles.
According to booking site the room should be 20 sqm. It was max 12.
No formule for the dinner, so it became rather expensive.

We liked everything! The staf was very nice, everything was clean and comfortable, large rooms and very big bathroom. Vwry recommemded!
Bathroom door wasnt closing and lock was broken.

Staff was helpful. Room was comfortable and have all the basic amenities. Shower was working properly. Bed was confortable. Good space for parking. AC working properly.
I could hear the people walking in the floor above. That woke me up.

Night staff were friendly and helpful, day staff exact opposite. The tone of voice they use requires some couching but I’m not the one to judge here , not going to stay at the property.
No water in the room in 4 stars hotel. I thought the stars apply to service not to tv in the room.
Also tea set very poor and only for one person. Empty box of vanity box( must bern left and not checked after previous guests). Noise from the busy road outside.

I have seen bigger variety, but the quality here was high.
We stayed an extra day ... just for the breakfast.
The hotel is walking distance from the old city center.
You can bike/drive to a LOT of great beaches.
St Clair is good.
Find the sunken Roman ruins and the sunken ship in Olbia / Almanara
Post Cros is a great adventure ... and requires effort to get to ... a bit much, but still a nice day on the remote Island
Plage de la Baume is good. Lots of sand ... and if you follow the rocky coactline, you will find many fish.
(This beach is totally overrun like a supermarket on a Saturday noon)

We arrived with a car and parking was also free and right next to the entrance. Compliments on the nice pool area and breakfast. It took about maybe 15-20 minutes to walk to the center of Hyères, which had good selection of locations for food and drinks.
The location was conveniently close to the railway station, which we used to reach Marseilles during our 2nd day. The trip took about 1.5h with the train.

Fantastic hotel with great rooms, amazing bathrooms, lovely staff, great facilities and the breakfast was superb as well. The kids loved the heated pool.
It was all good. No complaints.
