Salle de bains pas top au niveau propreté des joints de la baignoire, obligé d'avoir un adaptateur pour le foehn. Pour un hôtel de ce niveau, je trouve vraiment dommage

La habitación muy pequeña para desplazarse, con 2 maletas que tenía en el viaje, se volvió un poco incómoda. Para ir al gym, había que primero salir a una terraza. Y en horas de la mañana sí que hace frío al ingresar y al salir del gym

Le personnel est au top, accueil et service en ces temps difficiles très bien fait.

Les installations sont très anciennes dans les chambres et en mauvais état dans la salle de bains (malgré une chambre supérieure en vue mer) : Patchwork de carrelages pour boucher les trous, radiateur non fonctionnel, Douche qui descend toute seule,... ce n’est pas digne d’un Marriott ni de l’emplacement, à 10 mètres de Monaco.

Le meilleur hôtel rapport prix qualité pour un séjour à Monaco ! Situé en bordure du Cap d'ail, nous n'avons pas eu le sentiment d'être loin du but de notre voyage qui était Monaco. Le parking privé de l'hôtel est donc un atout majeur ! Le balcon avec vue sur la mer nous a ravis, la météo douce et ensoleillée étant au rendez-vous. Le personnel est fort aimable et attentionné et le restaurant offre une cuisine variée et au goût de l'évolution actuelle.

The bed was very comfortable, room suited our visit to see our son, who lives there, we didnt have breakfast, except first morning.

The breakfast was far too expensive for that time of year, and disappointing coffee so we didnt bother after first morning £25, too much

Receptionist let us in earlier since the room was ready, gave us a moment to catch breath!

Room was spacious and comfortable. View over the marina was great. Location very convenient; quick and easy walk into Monaco and onward to Monte Carlo. Concierge staff were very helpful with restaurant reservations.

Breakfast was average. A better selection of continental style breakfast would be better. Expensive!

Nice room for family, but not very big. Breakfast was good. Parking was ok, but expencive. Nice view to the port. Quiet.

Room service was not perfect. They didn´t add toilet paper and hair conditioner. Too expencive.

The location is right on the marina, a very nice way to start the day, walking with the dogs every morning. It's a pet friendly hotel. 2 nice private beaches is 5 min by walk. Bed renting 70 euro per day. There is also a free beach between them and I saw also a Handicap beach there. Coffee at the restaurant was one of the best we had. Romain was the best person to offer help in the restaurant, so sweet and kind! Reception team also very kind- Kiril ans Beatrice are very nice people.

The restaurant offers a nice breakfast and also lunch and dinner but the selection is very limited. Breakfast I would expect more egg selections, salads and cakes. Lunch is offered until until 14 and between 14-16 and is almost nothing to eat. The menu is very limited, and there are not too many options for gluten-free. We took a family room, 2 full bed, and one sofa, but the full bed is actually a single person bed. This was confusing and very hard for us to manage...so we are actually couldn't sleep well at all. Important to mention clearly that full bed means for one person. In the picture, it looks like a double bed, but it's not! Cleaning - can be better , halls near the elevator have a dusty smell... inside the rooms the daily cleaning can be improved. The value for money could be improved if we knew the room was not for us. We paid 500 euro per night without breakfast for a room that didn't fit us. Besides that, the hotel was great.

Air conditioning worked well, a blessing during this summer heat. Staff at hotel location was generally informed and helpful.

Every email was answered by A.I. (artificial intelligence). Never helpful, never personal--always trying to up-sell other hotel services. Very disappointing and annoying.

The view from our room was amazing. The bed was really comfy and the breakfast was very good.

It has nothing to do with the hotel, but it was impossible to find a taxi for the Casino. We took the bus, all dressed up.
