The hotel is very stylish, the atmosphere is very nice, like mountain house. The prices at hotel is adequate, for garage parking just 7 euros, and big parking places. The breakfast is good, lot of vegan options. Nice Wellness. Very nice lounge.

We rent the most expensive room, junior suite, almost everything was fine except of: In room we found bathrobes and welness towels, but no slippers., To get slippers you need to buy it for 3 eur/pair. Its very strange, because 3 eur not so much, they can include it to the room price. In the room during the sleep, we heard some strange noises and sounds, like somebody walking inside our room and eating something. Maybe its came from heater, it was systematic all night. At 3:00 night, somebody went to the neighbors room, and we woke up because we heard door closing. Very slow wifi, we tried to watch movie via miracast, but its impossible, the video and sound freezing. Don't think we will rent same room next time, but we will stay at this hotel again for sure.

I love everything about the hotel the decorations and the price of the vip parking which it cost only 9 euros , the place was wonderful and the location is perfect, the suite was amazing and the breakfast was delicious, they brought a very hot croissant and the weather was lovely in November , everything was like heaven

room was really hot! unable to cool it. We paid extra for parking in front of the hotel. but all the spots were taken.

The hotel is family run and you can see people care. It's clean, the room was nice (we had a shark room... Not sure I cared for the theme but it didn't bother me... Facilities were good and well taken care of and the bed very comfortable.

A slight problem was in the dining room. There were a lot of little flies all over the food. Much of it was covered, which was fine, but the open food "suffered". Not a very inviting sight. But the food was good and the breakfast more than satisfactory.

The staff is the major asset here. What a great team, from front desk, catering and housekeeping! Friendly, attentive and caring, Customer service is what they do best. The food selection is limited but iexcellent. The salads are fabulous but also some local speciality cheese. Breakfast is fabulous. Rooms are comfortable and clean. Not all have airco so ensure you get a room with airco. For me it is fine with fresh air from an open window. Great place to shake off the hours spent on the Autobahn. I love the fact that in some rooms the beds have no space underneath. Saves you time to try to get a pet (hiding) out from there when it is time to check out :-)Also hotel is quick to reply to any queries.

What is there NOT to like? Maybe just, as the hotel management is aware, bathtub are indeed slippery to get in and out. An extra handle or small rubber mat would be useful.

The hotel is nice, clean, with very friendly staff, highly recommended. Rooms are nice and worth the money. I'd add a couple more items to the minibar, but all in all, great experience. By mistake we booked a room without air-conditioning (didn't realize I need to check that) and since we arrived in middle of the heatwave, it was too hot to sleep in the room, so hotel accomodated us with an airconditioned room the next night.

Maybe note which rooms are without air conditioning with a bit larger font, as I wouldn't have booked a room without one in summer.
