Welcoming and friendly staff. Quiet, spacious room with amazing castle view and private balcony. Excellent dinner and breakfast. Great location for exploring the area. Pet-friendly :)

Hotel location is absolutely perfect with easy parking and steps from entrance. Staff was ready for us when we arrived and were very helpful. We really enjoyed both dinner and breakfast. Everything was clean and in nice condition. It is a very charming place.

I didn't like the bed, but that could be a matter of taste. The rest of the family liked the beds.

Traditional building of the area, very nicely renovated and decorated. Very friendly staff. Amazing food. Great site between the two major castles of the area (Neuschwanstein and Hohenschwangau).

There was a small problem with the water drainage of the shower, but nothing very frustrating.

The staff were super friendly!! We felt so welcome! Our room was a very spacious double bedroom with shared bathroom. Location was excellent!!!!! The food was very tasty and the portions were large.

The hotel staff were incredibly friendly and the location was incredible! The hotel breakfast was really nice and the restaurant was a nice option for lunch and dinner.

we had requested two rooms thinking they would be adjacent spaces but were told when we checked in that “other guests had already checked in” and so we had to have rooms on two different floors.

We loved almost everything about it. the location is incredible, the staff are wonderful and helpful, the rooms and the hotel itself are so cute and beautiful. Our bed was quite comfortable and the staff organised a great cot for our baby. The included breakfast down below in the restaurant (which also made great dinner) was fantastic and made for a great start to the day. We were lucky to have an amazing view of the hotel from our balcony!

The bathroom was a bit cramped.
