Wir waren bis auf Kleinigkeiten soweit zufrieden. Unter den Bettlaken lagen fremde Haare und das Bettzeug hatte auch schon einige unschöne Flecken. Im Badezimmer nagte auch ein wenig der Zahn der Zeit, sowie bei der Auslegware. Das Personal aber war sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit, bis auf 2 vom Service im Frühstücksbereich.Von den Damen bekam man weder einen guten Morgen noch einen schönen Tag gewünscht. Wirkten auf uns leicht überfordert. Für das Preis- Leistungsverhältnis etwas verbesserungswürdig. Und eine Kooperation mit dem Parkhaus wäre von Vorteil. Wir hatten dennoch ein paar schöne Tage. Danke an das Personal vom Empfang.

Gute Zentrale Lage

Location excellent, you could walk to the city centre. public parking in the same building as the hotel. Breakfast was very good. Very nice and helpful staff

The hotel meets good standards, the staff is very friendly and helpful, and the location is fine with a bus stop in front of the hotel and the main railway station next door.

For foreign visitors, the selection of TV channels isn't great (a large number of German channels but practically nothing in other languages).

Great location near to the main railway station. Staff were really friendly and helpful, not just with check in but also recommendations for restaurants nearby. The view from my room was excellent, really cannot recommend enough. Will be back!

The hotel is quite awesome. Great location, just a couple of meters from the train station, and 3 or 4 steps from the bus station. You can walk to get to the parks, the lake, and the Old Town. The staff is really really polite and helpful. Definitely, I will book again when I come back to Stralsund.

Bathroom is small. Wifi connection speed is tied to sing up into their Rewards program.

Good location next to the Hauptbahnhof. Breakfast was ok for €17. nice that there was a fridge in the room. Sufficient plug sockets by the bed and by the desk.

In need of refurbishment in the rooms and the public areas. Bed mattress was ok, but pillows were at the end of their life. No air conditioning. No offer of a fan. The light for the desk was right at one end and could not be moved, which made it too dark to work.
