Super Frühstück, sehr nettes Personal, die Lage ist auch perfekt.

Die Betten waren etwas zu hart, aber dieses Thema ist sehr schwierig, da jeder Mensch andere Bedürfnisse hat.

Super convenient location right around the corner from the Hauptbahnhof. The room was quiet despite the proximity to the station thanks to the soundproofed windows. A good value for the price as well: the bed was comfortable, the room was clean and not too cramped. Definitely recommend this place if you're traveling on a budget and still want a decent, comfortable, quiet room for a few nights!

No complaints really.

Perfect location near the station and within a 10 minute walk of the centre of town. Good for a quick sightseeing trip. Room very large and clean. When I was there it was quiet. Receptionist was helpful finding me a laundrette to do some washing in the area.

The pillow and the duvet and the bed was comfortable . The Italian receptionist who checked us in was very kind and pleasant.

They are making renovations which was not listed nor were we told in the email that was sent they were drilling in the hotel before 7 o’clock in the morning and the hotel staff tried to convince me and my colleague that it was the building site outside when clearly it was inside the building that we were in. There was also blood on the bathroom door, in three places which hadn’t been cleaned. When mention to the hotel reception it was said oh I’m sorry about that. Didn’t you notice when you checked in as I said to him we booked in quite late 9:45 at night after a long day of travel. We now know there is a building site next to the hotel that will not be finished for a long time be warned don’t expect to be able to lie in. It’s far too noisy. Whoever also designed the signage for the hotel is not good readable, especially if you’re driving past.

We liked the central location and the very friendly staff

we were put in a room right in the middle of a large group of very loud teenagers. I rang the Hotel at 10pm to get the group to quieten down but it didn’t help. Why book a group around rooms of individual travellers? The bed and pillow were very uncomfortable. We also booked a prepaid room but on arrival we had to pay with our credit card, which was very confusing. The hotel should have charged us on booking….but didn’t…or did they? Despite the location close to the main station, we won’t be returning. Absolute minimum for me when staying in a hotel is a good nights sleep. This is unfortunately not possible here.

Very kind staff. The location is next to the central station and therefore very close to the city centre. Breakfast has all you need to start good into your day:)

Easy check in and the public parking is right around the corner. Very easy with a young child with luggage.

Just the weather...but everything else was great!

Very convenient hotel when travelling by train, nice, clean and quiet for the location. Very good value for money.

The location was perfect for getting around the city

The room was small and the beds a bit hard.

The hotel is in an ideal location for train travellers - next to the Central Train Station and within walking distance from the city center. Althugh you can hear trains running through, it is quiet enough for relaxing sleep.

The hotel interior is somewhat dated and certainly not suited for someone who expects luxury. But it is well worth the price for an overnight stay.

The location is fine, the room was clean and comfortable. The hotel is very close to the railway station. That is so convenient.

They give only one bottle of mineral water upon check in at the hotel. I asked the receptionist to give me one more bottle of water, but he turned me down. That's not polite. They should me more flexible with their guests.

Breakfast was good and staff was great.
