Hotel is located in a little city which was very nice to take a walk in. Used it as a stop on our way to southern Europe. Located well away from the autobahn but still within reach, and did not have to drive far to be back on the road. The room was a nice big room with plenty of space.

The restaurant was a bit on the plain side. The food was ok but not more than that. The saladbar was quite disappointing. The breakfast in the morning was ok - but lacked a bit in terms of possibilities for kids.

The Room was not cleaned since the last guests left. We Got a one room instead of the dirty junior suite - and almost no discount. The breakfast was bad - the milk and cheese was Old.

Actually not much I liked, but questions above don't reflect it. Best part of hotel was a girl on reception, when we arrived. Nice, fluent with both English and German. Gave us all required information. Location was also good. But Hotel is beautifull only outside...

... inside is a mess. Uncomfortable beds, Generic middle '80 furniture, dirty tableware during breakfast. When I asked about missing item from breakfast I heard "we have no more".. During eating we were asked " do we need anything else" which generally means " go out now". Someone made coffee for us not even asking.. non of us 4 people drinks coffee - so it was a waste.

We were traveling with a lot of luggage and had asked for a room on the ground floor to avoid having to climb stairs and this was arranged. The dining room in the Blue Salon was very pleasant. Spacious bathroom, perfectly clean. Sitting area in the bedroom.

The girl serving in the restaurant in the evening had an enormous workload and yet she was as friendly towards the end as at the beginning.

Great location in a beautiful village close to the Autobahn. Very nice hotel with comfortable rooms and friendly staff.

Few vegetarian options in the restaurant and the staff seemed a bit stressed. 12 Euro to bring a dog is a bit much.
