the beds seems to have bugs-itchy to sleep. tv sometimes change the channel by itself ?not sure why. payment-was informed that hotel payment not received after we already checked out and flied to malaysia!we have asked before hand during check in,regarding my card acceptance/not.

Basically everything. Rust in the bathroom, mold on the walls, broken aircon in the bedroom, dust in the toilet, dusty smell, "large bed" 140 cm wide. Ok, if I pay usd10-15 for such room, I expect and accept. But if I pay usd70, it is totally unacceptable. It is a shame such property is offered on Booking.com. Add to this wi-fi not working at all, breakfast which is included into the rate is served in the room (you are informed about it only on arrival). We were given breakfast in plastic boxes – no utensils, no plates! We stayed 2 nights, and they DID NOT clean the room nor gave you bottled water the second night. It was the first time in Brunei and the beginning of our vacation and it was definitely a failure. Stay away from this property – we travel extensively and have experience with staying both in 5-dollar hostels and 5-star residences and we understand quite well what value for money means. This is the worst experience with a hotel room we have ever had. Cheers and enjoy the pics attached.

hot water was out for 24 hours (notice was given for this but advised only till 19:00hrs. Still no hot water the next morning, water coming out of the tap brown ….. while I understand this happens during routine maintenance, when I made a complaint they wouldn’t offer a reduced rate on the room, only complementary diner for 2 at their restaurant (I was a solo traveller, they would have known this) so points lost for dealing with complaints and value for money. All other (non management )staff were very polite, friendly & helpful, rooms are clean 👌

Got grill and Steamboat and cafe at groundfloor..easy to find a food

Dirty tiles, noisy due to dog's howling and barking evrytime until we cannot hv a deep sleep and too many dogs outside and its made hard for us to moving. I stay at level 4, bt we always hear like a marbels drop on the floor from upstair and also like some one doing grinding metal.
