The room, breakfast

Spa was too small. Dali Bar was à nightmare. Long wait and wrong order

Spa was nice, We like our suite - was quite big. Beds was extremly comfortable , also pilows and blankets, really like you sleep in castle, it gave you hot feeling. So generally we liked our room. Breakfast also wasnt bad.

I was missing in 5* hotel that i arrive with my car in front main entrance and nobody come to help me with ludgage or show where is reception. This should be in 5* hotels automatically. Sometimes long wait for elevators. Breakfast - not bad , i didnt like coffe, But Its probably everywhere same in Germany. But what we didnt like was staff. There were young students, who propably were trained , just out of school,well i can understand, But i was waiting for everything long time, i was always calling them and searching them and also if they came they wasnt much able to help. Easily say they were incapable. And for me like client of 5* hotel was a bit disturbing. It was quite far from Koln - 30 min by car.

The room was nice and clean ( very comfortable bed / pillow for good night sleep )Spa was also nice.

I didn’t like Bar restaurant . We had to wait for our food 3 hours and when it finally arrived to our table it was cold steak ( mine was also medium well not medium rare like I ordered) After sending back our food they made us new wagyu steak ( waiting time this time was 10 to 15 minutes) finished eating 22:25 - way to late .

Amazing

The rooms were amazing. Spacious, the staff is most helpful, the location is a dream.

The hotel is absolutely gorgeous. The beds are extremely comfortable, and the location is easily accessed even if you do not have a car. We loved our stay.

We had a weird experience the last night that was either electrical or supernatural. Either way, the hotel is not really responsible, but it was strange.

Fantastic stay in a great royal setting. Very quite area. Room was comfortable with a nice bathroom. Breakfast was luxurious with everything, but really everything you wish for. Loved our stay very much!

More expensive than what we are used to but it was a 50th-anniversary gift so it was a treat to myself :)

the facilities are excellent and the staff is incredibly kind.

the restaurants were unfortunately fully booked. Therefore, we were unable to have diner in the hotel.

The hotel was great!

The junior suite was very small, the coffee machine in the suite didn’t work.

The staff was very nice, the hotel is very spacious with a nice outdoor area, and they offer all kinds of services for the guests. They made bookings for us, helped us with questions and offered to bring us to our room. The room was great, slightly old appliances but comfortable, clean, spacious, nice lighting, quiet, comfy beds, pretty look.

The wifi hardly ever worked, especially not in our room on level 3. On Sundays, breakfast for hotel guests is until 11:00, and they make sure you leave at that time because the Champagne Brunch starts right after. So we were asked to leave at 11:15, despite having just ordered more drinks. Also, the SPA is a bit small, at least there usually aren't any spots available in the quiet areas because other guests reserve them in the mornings.

I like the bed and pillow. They are very comfortable. The staff in reception is very nice. The facilities are good. The interior of restaurants is good.
